Author has written 15 stories for Ghost and Mrs. Muir.
My thanks to the wonderful people who have encouraged me in my first few attempts at fiction in decades. I had begun with the expectation I was writing purely for myself, but have to admit it is far more fun to have readers along on the journey! Perhaps having become a widow in the past few years (and to a much older man, who while not a sea captain, did in fact have a Captain's license for the yacht charter business we ran in San Francisco for many years), I have a new and specific perspective about compromise, finding yourself and especially about how rare romance can be, and how much it should be treasured.
AND if you enjoy my stories, here's the list of all the ones you can find here on FanFiction.Net, starting with works in progress and working back:
Eternal Part IV, the Final Chapters reviews Ever wondered what happened next to our favorite couple, and their family in Schooner Bay - it's an Eternal question and one that gets answered here at long last! I've been reluctant to say goodbye on this long adventure, but think early 2014 will finally be when we see how this version of the adventure ends.
GaMM BEFORE the Credits Season Two reviews Oh, I had hoped the Yahoo group would have begun their own exploration of season two for Ghost and Mrs. Muir but since that hasn't happened, here's my own thoughts about what was happening BEFORE each of those episodes
Changes Part III, Following Memoirs reviews No, you aren't confused. I HAD assumed Eternal, this story's previous name, would be where everything in Timeless and Memoirs would wrap up. The muses have declined that reality, and so another and I believe 4th and final series will become the NEW Eternal. SO now we'll follow the Captain, his Carolyn, their family and all their adventures here in the newly renamed 'Changes'
GaMM After the Credits Season One » reviews Yahoo GaMM group is challenging writers, after we review each episode in sequence to envision what 'might' have happened after the credits ATC stopped rolling. With "Love is a Toothache" I've completed one ATC for each episode, so season one is ready for reading!
GaMM BEFORE the Credits Season One » reviews We've wondered about Missing Moments MM Drabble ,and explored what happened After the Credits ATC but now it's time to see what happened BEFORE those credits started to roll. So while the Yahoo GaMM group starts another look at the series here we go!
Memoirs a sequel to Timeless » reviews Continuing the adventures of Timeless. Yes, I really do think this will be more interesting if you read the first part aka Timeless first. No? Well, that's ok you can read it later, as there's a lot going on in Schooner Bay today.
Missing Moment Drabbles GaMM series Season One » reviews As promised filling in the episodes for Season One Missing Moments in drabble format - 100 words exactly! Yahoo GaMM group is starting over Feb 26, 2012 with discussions beginning with the pilot episode today. And with today's addition this is complete!
Missing Moment Drabbles GaMM series Season Two » reviews Starting at the beginning of Season Two - the missing moments done only in Drabble aka 100 words exactly form that we ok - I ! wish they would have included in each episode.
Next of Kin » reviews Takes place maybe a year or so after the end of Workarounds, I wanted for a variety of reasons to spin the Claymore character a bit and explore how he'd react to the changed universe I left in place. Here goes. . .
Timeless » reviews Thanks to RevSue and her story "True Love Never Ends" which pointed me toward Curious Cousin as an interesting episode for exploration. For this piece, Cousin Harriet couldn't couldn't make it that weekend, and all for the best I think.
Unfinished Dreams No place in "Workarounds' for this missing scene, but something I wish we had been able to see post "The Ghost of Christmas Past"
Workarounds » reviews A bit after the 40th anniversary, still wondering if they ever found a way to 'be together' - first posting, but hope you enjoy. Image selected here is what I found as an imaginary pix of Susan Caroline Gregg, aka Mother of Daniel.
SPECIAL NOTE: For anyone who has read this far, I'm looking for feedback and especially for any suggestions for future stories - and for all of you who have been willing to review my scribbles, it has been HUGELY helpful and keeps me motivated to keep writing. Means more than you can imagine, so if in doubt leave a review pretty please!
