Author has written 1 story for Dragon Age.
I love writing even though I'm not fantastic at it and it takes me forever and a year to get my stories going due to an overactive imagination and not enough time to write. Well, more like an overactive imagination and hands that are too slow to keep up with the thoughts. I'm easy to approach and get along with despite my strange pseudonym. If you'd like to contact me, feel free to shoot me a private message as I'm no longer responding to reviews. However, if you'd like to remain anonymous, you can send an ask to my lame tumblr account (miniwrath.tumblr.com/ask) which is where I'll also post info about updates, delays, etc. for fics. As far as who I am, I'm a psych major and I'm slowly going into debt one semester at a time... but I'm loving every stressful second of it! Cognitive neuroscience is badass!
On to stuff you probably actually care to know about, huh? I started my Dragon Age story back in 2012 here on FFnet. However, I briefly moved my stuff to AO3 for a couple of months after getting some messages over the years about the gore content in my writing pushing the limits. I was working through chapter one, trying to find a way to tone down the gore, but I couldn't do it. Truthfully, I don't think my stuff is terribly gory. But I'd rather err on the side of caution and put a massive disclaimer at the very beginning of the story. So, at least there's that so readers know what they're getting into before they get smacked in the face with intestines.
I try to update monthly or as regularly as I can, seeing as how writing is a favorite hobby of mine but it usually is the first thing to be neglected when life decides to sucker punch me. Hm... What else? Regarding my story, it's certainly intended to be a long fic and after I thought about it, it will indeed contain eventual, eventual smut. My story isn't a self-insert (even though I love those and can recommend a few *cough*look down below*cough*) and was actually supposed to be a bit of a playful parody regarding certain aspects of some of my favorite stories from when I was growing up. I decided to put on my serious hat when the story earned me a dear friend, though.
Stories You Should Be Reading:
Melon Liquor by Night Kunoichi: This story focuses on the theme of reincarnation, which is used to bring a woman from our universe to the YuYu Hakusho universe. I find this particular story entertaining because it's funny in a sadistic sort of way to watch Midori struggle to keep quiet about all of the little nuances that she knows from the show in order to placate a suspicious Kurama. On the subject of Kurama, this is arguably one of the best representations I've read of Kurama in a long, long time. Night Kunoichi perfectly captures all of the pernicious qualities of the gentlemanly fox demon which makes me very happy since Kurama is a truly complicated character to write!
The Visitor by Lady Sophie of Lalaland: This right here is another "person thrown into X universe" story but it's for the Harry Potter universe. Okay, guys... This is total wish-fulfillment in that lives are saved with the main character's knowledge of the universe, but it's done so well! Usually when wish-fulfillment is involved, the plot tends to get muddied and confusing, but Lady Sophie does an amazing job of keeping the plot balanced and moving at a steady pace. Plus, Snape! I should've started with that because anything with a Snape pairing gets an A in my books.
Drifting Through Time by ShatteredRhapsody: We have a Harry Potter and Hobbit crossover here and it's absolutely brilliant. I almost have no words for it. Get ready to view Luna Lovegood in a whole new light because she's the main protagonist and she, quite frankly, kicks ass in this drabble story. In this story, we witness Luna as she travels to different locales in Middle Earth and impacts the lives of many. ShatteredRhapsody does a wonderful job melding the two universes and you'll be absolutely mesmerized.
The Escapades of Sasuke and Naruto: Part 1 by NekoHalfBreed: Be warned that this crack-fic is Mature (18 and up)! With that said, this story is absolutely random and hilarious! I almost hurt myself laughing after I got over the initial shock! However, I won't spoil anything for you other than that you're in for some serious laughter and maybe a bit of tears. The good kind! This story features a SasuNaru pairing and Sakura gets a bit of face time in it as well. NekoHalfBreed does a great job with characterization, too, which is honestly a wonderful surprise since crack-fics usually feature OOC galore.
