Have posted the first chapter of Inquisition, Indiana.

The new NaNoWriMo project is coming along. It is now almost 65k strong (and nowhere near an ending, sigh), plus the more than 20k words I had written previously.

I hope you guys like Cullen.

Anyway, Vigilant is just about wrapped up, but I'll probably wait until at least the beginning of December to begin to post it. I've got one little project for the interim, and I'll want to give the NaNo a brief once-over before any of it goes up.

Other than that, hope all is well with everyone, and I hope you're looking forward to some more DA fic from yours truly, because apparently I'm unable to stop.

Some quick updates since I haven't in a while: New project is going well; it will also be my slightly cheatery #nanowrimo project (yes, yes, I'm starting the word count at zero, which just means I've already written 20k words that I can't count towards my 50k, but it does mean that there will be at least 70,000 new Dragon Age words for you all to read, coming soon). I've also written a short pro-mage piece that was inspired by a poem by Margaret Atwood and I'll probably be posting that as soon as Vigilant is all up. Lastly, I've started what will be a short (then again, Vigilant was supposed to be short too) fic about baby Cullen back in Origins. It's straight-up romance; not a lot going on there.

So hooray! A lot more Dragon Age on the way! And I haven't even played all of the DLC yet!

Making some changes to the end of Vigilant. No, no, it's not that I can't leave well enough alone; it's just that I realize now, after thinking about it a bit more, I left way too many things unresolved. I'd tell you what I mean but it would ruin the ending, and as I'm going back to fix the ending, I probably shouldn't ruin it twice.

Anyway, I am pleased to announce that I've started a new project - and yes, it's heavy on the Cullen. But! I'm also pleased to announce that it's my very first AU. And that's all I'll say about that for the moment.

Vigilant is dead. Long live Vigilant.

It's almost twice as long as what's posted right now, so I hope you guys are in for the long haul. Updates will keep coming, and I'm still looking for input on what I should start on next (though I do hope to focus a little on something that isn't fanfiction, but fanfiction keeps me from stabbing people at work, so hey). Leaning very heavily toward a Cullen fic still, so unless I hear some dissenting opinions, that's probably what I'll go with.

Mysteriously got a whole hell of a lot of hits while I was away on vacation. So that's pretty bitchin'.

I'm writing the epilogue, and already thinking of what might be next, because Vigilant is just about done for. I know I need to play all of the DA:I DLC (I just haven't had the time, I have it all downloaded and everything) and I've been working hard on this AMAZING beta project I was approached with, but I know I just can't not be writing. There might be a bit of a gap between this project and the next, but I'm thinking... maybe Cullen? I love me some Cullen.

I'm not a big fan of getting all self-congratulatory, but... you guys are in for a treat with Vigilant. And it really is almost done. Maybe a few thousand more words. But will it be a happy ending?!

So, what I've written of Vigilant is now longer than all of Broken Hallelujah, which is incredibly funny to me, because it was just something I started writing to pass the time about work and explore the dynamic between Fenris and Mahariel some more.

And now there's like, real conflict, and plot, and stuff. No idea what happened there.

Anyway, I just started a couple new little subplots so those'll be popping up soon. Working toward a climax, and I think I know how I want it to end. But it is like fifty pages long (single spaced, don'tcha know) as we speak, so never fear; there's still a lot more to come.

More than 500 views this month.

Thanks, guys. That's pretty awesome.

Almost three years later, I've started again. Broken Hallelujah's sequel is begun. Check out Vigilant.

Broken Hallelujah is dead. Long live Broken Hallelujah.

The first chapter of Broken Hallelujah has been posted.

That's the big news, I suppose, but it's probably worth mentioning that I changed the story image for Likely Alliance to a Fenris sketch I did (the Anders sketch for Broken Hallelujah is also mine own creation).
