Hello, all! : ) I attended college for a year with the intent of pursuing an English major, but the college thing wasn't really for me, so I joined this site in order to keep practicing my writing in an environment that encourages creativity and imagination! I love music and love listening to pieces that inspire my writing. In every fic I write there is always a personal soundtrack behind it ;) I also love anime (in Japanese, cannot stand English dub), as well as reading novels and playing RPG's.

Favorite Movies: Lord of the Rings is by far the most sentimental to me, as I spent so much time as a child lost in Tolkien's world. It was an obsession and, even going back and watching it now, that nostalgia just comes right back to me. I also love: Adventureland, Harry Potter, The Last Samurai, Gladiator, Kingdom of Heaven, Warm Bodies, The Holiday, Angels and Demons, The Count of Monte Cristo, The Dark Knight, A Good Year, If I Stay, Music and Lyrics, and Finding Neverland.

As far as fanfics go, I enjoy reading them and finding unique and creative works. My favorite genre is Harry Potter, and this will probably be the primary genre I write for. However, I'm also fond of Lord of the Rings, Dragon Age, Bleach, Naruto, Legends of Zelda fics and Death Note fics.

What I don't prefer in fanfics is slash of any kind or overly fluffy plotlines.

I have a really bad habit of not getting enough sleep (4-5 hours is the norm for me).

I really want to learn Tai Chi but I'm such a procrastinator that I've only ever taken one class.

I love to dance, though it takes a group to motivate me to do so in public ;) Currently working on mastering the shuffle.

I have three tattoos. My first one was, in honor of this awesome site and my great experience here, a teal rose on my right ankle. I love to represent ;P The second is a symbol for my favorite musical artist, 'The Weeknd'. And the third is a cross on my wrist with the inscription: 'Domine Miserere Nobis'.
