Update May 30th 2021

This account is essentially inactive, except for using it to read other people's fic. I last touched it in 2014 - six years ago. I took something of a hiatus to try to work on some original fic, thinking I'd come back after I'd figured out how to juggle that with fanfic. But it turns out I only work on one project at a time - confirmed when my Masters got in the way of the original fic.

And then, in the between times, my once favourite author and role model revealed herself to be an utter bigot. JKR is a transphobic so-and-so, which everyone should know of by now. She's also racist and very one-dimensional with how she views women, and the only "canon" queer representation, Albus Dumbledore, was disclosed after the books had come out, and the in-text signs are chock-full of stereotypes. I could go on.

But I won't. The fact of the matter is, while I still have my headcanons - including entire plots stretching into the school years of the "Next Gen" kids - the magic of Harry Potter has died for me. Including an utter disconnect with the account name I use here, MuggleCreator.

I'm no longer updating any stories on here.
