Project PULL

Push (Yo)ur Limits and Learn.

PULL was founded by Bookaholic711 back in 2010. Forever ago, right? Its purpose, at the core, was to get people writing.

Now we're back, and better than ever. Project PULL, 2014 Edition (c) features integration with other sites. Now, instead of only posting on FanFiction.Net, you can also post your works for us on LiveJournal (in our community), AO3, and FictionPress.

Yes, that means that we're now accepting original works!

Project PULL is a year-long* commitment. In the past, we have set a blanket goal: 1,000 words posted every Friday. However, for the 2014 version, we are offering variety.

When indicating your interest to join, please tell us if you will be participating in our weekly, bimonthly, or monthly.

the rules: Post at least 1,000 words of fiction every Friday (using your schedule) by midnight in your time zone; follow the rules of your respective posting site(s); review at least one work in the PULL archives a week.

the purpose: It's to push your limits and take up your time and practice your skill. It's time to seize the day and make the most of it, time to improve at something we all love to do. It's time to push ourselves to the brink of exhaustion so that a year from now we can look back and say we did it. It's push the envelope and feel the burn and do something we're proud of.

the community: All works on FanFiction.Net will be added to the Official Project PULL Community (see below); there will be an AO3 collection; the LiveJournal is a collection itself; and FictionPress works will be added to a community there.
