Author has written 4 stories for Harry Potter, and Hobbit.
Here's an update on my imminent return to the emotional roller coaster, hellish joy-inducing, tear-jerking world that is fanfiction. I've had my ups and downs with this place, not to mention if you add the problems of the real world into the mix, then well ... that just meant it was difficult for me, although I really, truly wanted to, take time off to update my stories. Especially It's in our Blood which is my dearest and most beloved brain-child.
I know where I'm going with it, almost everything (without counting all the small details) has been planned, but I'm incredibly perfectionistic; and that has led me to re-read all the old chapters and found myself unsatisfied - mostly due to a lack of a true red thread that connects all the pieces in the way I want them to, and that makes me think it's the reason to the lack of response (other reasons obviously included as well), and I've been taking time off to correct those mistakes. It turns out that a mission like that takes A LOT of time.
I mean... A LOT.
So, yeah. I currently have exams, work and my final thesis before I can spread my wings and enjoy graduation, to never be called student again - and then most likely be hit pretty hard by the bat called work. So I imagine my next updates will be as sporadic as they already are, but I hope that followers haven't completely abandoned me, and if they have, then I can at least lure them back with the sweet, sweet promise of some updates.
Some slow, painfully slow-to-write updates.
I am not dead yet!
