PERSONAL UPDATE 07-SEP-2021: The Journal is officially finished, and I've been fiddling around with some more Theomione since I'm just in that headspace right now. I have started back to university for the semester, so I don't anticipate finishing anything until at least January. I got a bee in my bonnet with It Began with a Purple Potion for the first time in 10 years, and somehow banged out 50k words in 2 weeks. It looks like it's going to be about 300k and hella canon-divergent.
THE JOURNAL - TN/HG
Professor Bathsheda Babbling did not allow her Ancient Runes students to pass notes, until the war began brewing and she saw a Muggle-born and a Death Eater’s son falling in love in the front row.
Content warnings starting in 7th year/Ch. 5 for blood-based magic, minor self-harm, referenced child abuse, drug/alcohol use.
THE BREAKING OF DRACO MALFOY - No pairing. First book in the We Were Broken trilogy (eventual DM/HG).
After the war, Draco Malfoy finds himself abandoned by his parents and hunted by the Ministry. With the help of Blaise Zabini he flees to France, expecting to find refuge. He didn't expect to have a roommate and he certainly didn't expect to come face-to-face with his disintegrating beliefs about the world beyond magic.
Meanwhile, Hermione Granger returns to Hogwarts with one objective in mind: figuring out how to break her parents' Memory Charm. The task proves challenging as life begins to throw homework, boys, and Slytherins her way.
TALLY MARKS - Everyone deals with war and loss differently. One-shot. Trigger warning for self-harm.
IT BEGAN WITH A PURPLE POTION - RL/HG, TN/HG, GW/SB, LE/JP - Using a cursed potion, Draco Malfoy sends Hermione Granger and Ginny Weasley back to 1975 and the First Wizarding War, where they befriend and fight alongside the Marauders. Meanwhile, the Second Wizarding War carries on in the present, and Theodore Nott finds himself in service to a monster he can't avoid.
WE WERE BROKEN - DM/HG, GW/TN - The final installation in the We Were Broken trilogy, in which the unravelling of a single lie forces the Granger-Wilkinses' time in France to come to an end.
WE, TOO, WERE BROKEN - One-shots and short stories revolving around the non-POV characters. Currently in the works: Justin's trouble with the Greengrasses, Harry's post-war image makeover, Ron's Auror training, one citrusy event in the Harpies' locker room, and one potential outtake with our main characters involving too much wine and a terrible round of Truth or Dare. (I will absolutely take requests for more background stories or outtakes.)
A STUDY OF LIGHT AND SHADOWS - DM/HG - It was supposed to be a normal, boring, thoroughly Muggle business dinner until Draco Malfoy sat down across from Hermione Granger and introduced himself as Kensington Davis, architect.

PERSONAL HP OPINIONS
Death of the Author is legit - read the TVTropes page to get a better understanding, but between how the fans have taken over the universe and JKR's Twitter account, I believe JKR is completely out of touch.
Metamorphmagi can absolutely change their sex/gender at will, and would definitely be non-binary at the very least. Petition to use they/them pronouns for Tonks and Teddy.
JKR never looked at a single calendar when writing the series based on when she thought Easter took place.
Cursed Child should never be taken as canon.
ABOUT ME, I GUESS?
I'm a full time university student with a full time IT job and a family, so my time is severely limited. What free time I do manage to find is spent divided between reading, writing, drawing, and crocheting. I'm a firm believer in the Oxford comma, which I've been assured by lawyers is the correct opinion.
