"The only thing holding you back is yourself." -AuraGemi (Aspiring Author and Artist)
Hi all! It's AuraGemi here. I haven't done a whole lot with FanFiction lately because of school (curse you for devouring all my free time!) and Writer's Block. I'm trying my best to write some new chapters, but I'm having a severe case of Writer's Block at the moment (that, and I'm trying to prepare for NaNoWriMo coming in November). Please just be patient and I will get new chapters up as soon as I can.
Just to let you guys know, no matter how much time passes between my updates, I am not giving up on my stories. I've seen some people on here that do that and it really peeves me. One: I don't want to become one of those people, and two: that's just not how I roll. Even if it takes me twelve years (hopefully not that long 0_o), I will finish the story. In my opinion, giving up on a fanfiction would be like writing three books out of a five-book series and then just saying," Nah, I don't want to write this anymore." That'd definitely leave a lot of people hanging on the never-ending cliff!
I've made the mistake before of starting to post chapters before finishing the story, and I sincerely apologize for that. If I had completed the stories beforehand, then I'd have everything ready to post, that way you guys wouldn't have to wait so long for the next chapter. I made another mistake with my Skyward Sword fanfic: I underestimated just how busy I can get. Even though I had it completed for a long time, I didn't properly account for the time it would take to proof-read. Thanks to these mistakes, I have a better idea of what I can do to make it so there isn't an unbearably long wait between chapters of the same story. Thanks for putting up with my imperfections. Life is always a learning experience, and since I'm not dead yet, I'm still trying to learn some things. :)
Anyways, if you want to read or review my stories, do it! Your time is much appreciated. And hopefully I'll be up and writing again pretty soon.
