Author has written 41 stories for Teen Titans, Avatar: Last Airbender, Fullmetal Alchemist, Harry Potter, Code Geass, Naruto, Attack on Titan/進撃の巨人, and Avengers.
Hey there! I'm meltinglacier, but you can call me Lynn. I spend too much time thinking about fictional characters and the lives that they lead, and then I write about them.
I've also got myself an AO3 account.
about my stories
pairings – Generally I don’t have OTPs, but I tend to gravitate toward the canon pairings. For me, shipping isn’t Serious Business, and I like to have variety in what I read and write.
reviews – If you have read my stories, you know that I love reviews. Who doesn't? Sometimes, there will be something specific in my story that I would like an assessment on, so I’ll address it in my author’s notes. Also, even if I don't reply to your review, I really do appreciate that you took the time to comment on my story.
Also, on the subject of concrit:
what i write – I like to focus on characters and their relationships with each other. That could be through friendship, family, or romance. I also like to write pieces that get inside a character’s head and/or give a different perspective on them. Humor is fun to write and so is angst. Okay, I will basically write anything that catches my fancy, with a few exceptions. Which brings me to...
what i don’t write – Slash, smut, or any combination thereof. That means, in terms of ratings, my M-rated stories are rated that way for violence, coarse language, non-explicit sexual themes, etc.
coming up – Even though I haven't been very active lately, I haven't been idle. Chapter 7 of SSHB should be out soon. I have a lot of unfinished stuff for Avatar: TLA and I'm working on a couple of Avengers fics.
current stories Super (stupid) hero (boyfriend): "Mai could honestly say that she had no idea how it had happened, but somehow she had become a sidekick to a dork that put on a Halloween mask to fight crime." Maiko, multi-chapter, superhero AU. [6/?]
Tomorrow's Memories: "A collection of oneshots focusing on the Dangerous Ladies before they were ladies, but were still quite dangerous. In other words: Azula, Mai, and Ty Lee during childhood." [1/?]
I (meltinglacier) do not have creative, financial, and/or corporate influence over, as well as ownership of, any aspect of the franchises that I write fanfiction for. I do not make any profit from editing, producing and publishing my stories.
