I'm 19 and from Florida though I'll soon be moving to Texas in attempt to perfect my cowboy accent to better impress the ladies when I travel abroad.
I just graduated college so I am now officially a political scientist. I think that means I win all political debates by default so that's pretty cool. It's like a superpower.
I have an annual pass to Islands of Adventure which means I can get real butter beer and pumpkin juice any time I want. Be jealous.
If I went to Hogwarts I don't think I'd make the cut for Gryffindor. Considering I'm using my free time to write a story I'd guess I'd be a more likely fit in Ravenclaw (I've even got a t-shirt for it). Although, given my username on FF I guess Hufflepuff is a possibility, too. They are particularly good finders, after all.
I read Harry Potter for the first time around September of 2010. About a month after I was done I read fanfiction for the first time: "Methods of Rationality." That was and is my favorite fic ever. If you haven't read it I think it's definitely worth a read. It's about 70 chapters deep and still being updated.
WWCH is the longest thing I've ever written. I wrote an 11-page paper on cyberwarfare a couple semesters ago, though, so that's sort of like the same thing, right?. Also, I don't like the title of my fic any more but, unlike real authors, I don't have the luxury of waiting until I'm done with something to name it. The title sounds way more serious than this story really is.
I've heard that, when writing a TV comedy the writing team is generally split into plot writers and joke writers. I've decided I'm a joke writer because, though I have a general idea of where the story is heading don't have the plot outlined anywhere but what I DO have is word document with one-liners on it.
