Author has written 1 story for Yu-Gi-Oh GX.
Yeah, I know. I probably should have made this a long time ago, but it didn't seem necessary until after I posted my first story. Now that I have, I'll give a small look at what I like.
I prefer Anime/Manga fanfics over others, though crossovers between an Anime/Manga series and a Video Game, Book, Web comic, or TV series or a film may also be good. My favorite Anime/Manga series are Ranma 1/2 (especially crossovers with Hellsing, Ah! My Goddess, Sailor Moon, or Bleach), Naruto, Bleach, Yu-gi-oh! (though there is WAY too much yaoi for this series), Yu-gi-oh! GX, Ah! My Goddess, One Piece, Soul Eater, and most series with a MtF transformation.
As suggested by the above, I do not like yaoi (though I have nothing against those who do or against male-male relationships in general) or cases where a MtF transformed individual falls in love with a male that lacks a similar condition. I do like to read Male/Female, Yuri, harems, D/s, mind control, TG (preferably MtF, though the reverse is also good, as is intersex), and incest, though I like plenty of fics that have none of these. In fact, while I admit that my thoughts aren't exactly innocent, what I actually like about the above is 1) irony, or characters acting contrary to what you would expect, while somehow staying in character and/or enjoying things either contrary to your expectations or against their will; 2) characters being caught in embarrassing/compromising situations, generally not their fault and usually with humorous results; and 3) karma, or when those who do good get rewarded, and those who mistreat others get their just desserts.
That being the case, I probably will write very few fics with any of the above characteristics. Why? Because I don't think I'd do a good enough job to satisfy myself. The reason I'm finally posting a story a year after creating this account is for several reasons. Mostly, though, it is because I am never quite satisfied with what I write, and I was not confident that I could post a story that would be well received. However, after reading many fics with atrocious grammar and spelling and, in many cases, little-to-no plot, I finally figured, what the heck, and decided that I would finally try my hand at one. I may not continue it if it receives no positive feedback, but I do have most of the basic plot already figured out. If it doesn't pan out, though, I also have many ideas that have been bouncing around my head for the past year or so, and I may post some of them in the future. For now, though, I hope my first fic doesn't disappoint!
