Author has written 1 story for Inuyasha.
Since I’ve gotten some reviews relatively recently, proving I have at least one remarkably patient reader left, I figured I’d drop in to post an update here. While I doubt anyone will find it anytime soon, I can’t stand it when authors post updates in the form of chapters, so I won’t… gets people all excited over nothing.
Anyway, here’s the good news: I’m not dead and I haven’t given up on Rewritten.
And the not so good news: I’m putting it on hiatus until as late as June. I resisted because I really didn’t want to go there, but I think it is best to face the facts now, between work, school and friends I neither really have the time or motivation to pop out a chapter. That being the case, I’d rather let it rest for a bit than keep anyone hoping. Once summer comes back and the sky isn’t so ugly all the time I’ll probably feel better and with that… I hope my muse will return to me.
THE SOCIAL BIT:
My name is Kristen, hence where the ‘K’ comes from in my username. As for the rest of it, the ‘savvy’ is meant to represent knowledge and/or intelligence, because I’m always learning, and the ‘x3’ is because at the time of creating the account I had three horses. Now I only have one, but that hardly matters enough for me to change my username over it.
I have way too many hobbies (not), which include but are not limited to swimming, horseback riding, archery, martial arts, hiking, drawing and writing…obviously. I’m also a full time student and I work on top of that, so that combined with the previous points is probably mostly to blame for why I don’t update on a regular basis. That’s right, you’ve been warned, so don’t whine.
As for what interests me, well, I like a lot of stuff, so it would probably be easier to tell you the ones that I like enough to read fan fiction for which are as follows: Inuyasha, Bleach, Wolf’s Rain, Princess Mononoke and a handful of non-Japanese animated films that I love, including Underworld, Harry Potter and a few from DreamWorks. Couples that I follow are mostly cannon, unless the story is extremely convincing and well written. Genres that I like are mostly action, adventure, humor, hurt/comfort and romance, or any combination of those things.
Title: Rewritten: An Inuyasha Story
Genre: Romance x Adventure
Couples: Inuyasha x Kagome, Sango x Miroku, Sesshoumaru x Kagura
Status: On Hiatus/Incomplete
Summary: The story takes place in feudal Japan where Kagome, a half-wolf god who’s bent on escaping her responsibilities runs into Inuyasha, a human who is severely lacking in the trust department, especially where non-humans are concerned. They’re relationship, as expected, gets off to a rocky start, but before long they’re traveling around Japan together to insure the safety of the Shikon no Tama and they meet some other friends on the way. Battles, budding friendships and drama ensues, and to find out what happens… you’ll just have to go read and find out.
I have an account on DA, too,
I haven’t posted much there, and I’m not an amazing artist by any means, but if you care to check it out, go on ahead. Hopefully, now that I have a scanner and I tablet, I’ll get a few of my many drawings up there that are Inuyasha and/or Rewritten related.
