![]() Author has written 1 story for Glee. I hate people that write negative reviews about other authors stories when they haven't written a story themselves...I wish I had the talent and the guts to write like some of these talented people... I also dislike authors who demand a certain number of reviews before they will update their stories. I mean they already have the guts to post these stories yet is it a lack of confidence to keep posting that they demand reviews before they will even consider continuing with their story? I mean would they update if instead they received 20 flames for their story? as well I find that most authors who do this never finish their stories any way. don't get me wrong I think the authors on this site are some of the most amazing people out there, and I wish I had the guts to put out the story ideas I have I just don't think they should post their stories if they are going to demand that they need a certain number of reviews or that's it for that story... I hate updates that tell me there is going to be an update soon :p I don't like people who knock authors stories by saying "Oh so and so would never do that or that's not the way it's done on the show/movie or book this is a site for fiction thus the name FanFiction authors are borrowing characters from other places such T.V./Movies or books to create their own amazing stories and I also think that A/U or OOC should not have to be added because frankly if I wanted to see the character who they really are supposed to be I would watch the actual show and I know that coming onto this site the persons portrayed are going to be different. so for those who don't know the meaning of the word fiction here you go: Fiction writing is any kind of writing that is not factual. Fictional writing most often takes the form of a story meant to convey an author's point of view or simply to entertain. The result of this may be a short story, novel, novella, screenplay, or drama, which are all types (though not the only types) of fictional writing styles. |
