Author has written 470 stories for Man From UNCLE, Wild Wild West, NCIS, and Doctor Who.
I have multiple series here...
The Illya series- backstories that start at his childhood.
The Napoleon series- same thing, backstories starting at his childhood, not as extensive as the Kuryakin series
The Bowery Mission series- involve Illya's friendship with an older woman named Claire who runs the Bowery Mission in New York City
The Saga Series- an AU story line where Napoleon and Illya eventually marry and have children
And there's The Pre-Saga series- which are all stories that take place in a timeline before the AU series. I often cross reference many of my stories, just so you know!'
The What-if? Series: are responses to challenge prompts in which the characters or situations are changed on MFU.
The Snapshot Collection- a series of short mostly un-related vignettes, like a snapshot in the lives of the MFU. Some are serious, some are light-hearted as the boys can't always be suave and on the job. Many of these stories were done for writing challenges on Live Journal where the word count is limited.
I periodically post one of these stories as a stand alone, so it may seem short, but that's because of the original challenge limitations.
So there isn't always "suspense or action. the agents aren't always suave and energetic. Solo and Kuryakin aren't always slick and don't always face danger." They're human, heroes who aren't perfect. Hey, we all have different views of the MFU, so please respect my creative choices!
The Randomness of Life- a series of half-drabbles, drabbles and double drabbles, some inspired by lines from poetry. The topic and mood run from the dramatic to the comical.
Please kind or constructive in what you say to all the writers who post here as well. We're all amateurs and are here to enjoy ourselves, whether to read or to write. Ripping into a writer because you disagree with their take on the MFU is not being constructive! If you disagree with someone's view on Napoleon and Illya, don't criticize. If we all wrote them the same way, it'd get pretty boring.
Comments are appreciated on my stories but it you feel the need to criticize them please PM me so I can at least have a discussion with you and explain what I did and why I did it. We all have a right to our creative ideas, whether you agree with them or not.
There are many common themes, background information, concepts and names that run throughout 'canon' and 'fanon' that no one owns, so there's a lot out there for us all to share! As St. Crispins said to me one time...'Hey they can only save the world so many times."
(If you see any typos or errors do not tell me about them in a comment, please! Just pm me so I can correct the mistake. THANKS!)
We don't own the rights to the Man from U.N.C.L.E. either the characters or concept but have been graciously permitted to use them in having our fun ( the late Norman Felton had given his blessings to fan fiction using his concept and characters)
So I hope you enjoy reading my offerings and please remember to let others have their enjoyment as well. It is after all "fantasy." but just a bit of seriousness to interject; the original characters, story-lines/plots and content here belong to me. No one has the right to reference copy or parody them without my express permission/authorization.
REST IN PEACE ROBERT FRANCIS VAUGHN- the real Man from U.N.C.L.E. He's gone but will never be forgotten. Happy 84th birthday David McCallum, the other 'real' man from U.N.C.L.E.
And so let's start...OPEN CHANNEL D.
