Author has written 60 stories for Harry Potter.
Welcome to my profile page, I am your host, Romantic Silence.
What I truly enjoy writing about is the Harry Potter universe. There's something truly unique there that compels me to write fanfiction. I have yet to find another fandom where I have enough interests to write my own stories for. Regardless, I love the series.
I'm a major fan of Harry/Hermione stories where it has them as a couple. Even if the story was a Peter Pettigrew/Voldemort Slash Fiction, I would still read it if Harry and Hermione are together. Perhaps I'm exaggerating, but it's how I feel. Honestly, I find their entire relationship to be inspiring and I always expected them to be together. J.K. Rowling had a great foundation to make an epic love story between the two in the first six books (yes, even the Half-Blood Prince). My thoughts on the Sixth Book was that every relationship has a 'down' moment, and I figured that's what the Half-Blood Prince would be, and that Harry and Hermione would eventually find love in one another in the climax of the final book. Unfortunately, I was wrong.
My stories, both published and sitting in my folders, tend to be from the point of view of Hermione Granger. I found her character to be extremely fascinating and great to write about. There has to be more stories that is centered around Hermione as the main character. Harry already has enough spotlight from the books anyway! I think the reason I have an easier time writing about Hermione is because of her intelligence and emotional maturity. Whenever I write through Harry's perspective, I feel myself constrained because some of the things I want Harry to do would be out of character (I tend to bring out his Slytherin side more often than his usual Gryffindor brashness).

A lot of people are messaging me about many of my current on-going stories. To save time from messaging each of them personally, allow me to make matters clear here. I love how everyone enjoys reading my stories. I admit not many of them were the best, but I like to believe I made some people very happy with them. However, as much as I would like to continue my stories, there is a matter of my life getting in the way of things. Starting in October 2012, my father lost his job. Because of the lack of financial security, I had to take up numerous jobs in order to support my family in addition to the numerous other responsibilities I already have. It left me little time to write, and even if I wanted to I was simply much too tired to properly convey what I want. It's a miracle I even managed to even publish chapters or stories in 2013. I won't ask for forgiveness or leniency, but I hope you understand the situation I'm in. I apologize to anyone I may have angered or saddened because of my lack of updates or because I was unable to respond to their messages.

I'm finally free from the restraints holding me back from writing, but it had come with a cost. A majority of my files were lost, most of them being unfinished chapters and notes for the stories that were currently in progress. I'm unsure when I can get back to the stories I've left behind, but it has taken a lot of my motivation to continue with some of them. I will make an effort to continue with some of my stories (Warlock of Slytherin and Wicked Hermione), but I feel as though it would better for me to start new stories. It also doesn't help that I'm losing interest in the Harry Potter fandom, and my once fervent obsession has slowly waned. My apologies to everyone.
