Hello! You’ve just clicked on my profile page. (I know, captain obvious sentence. Fabulous, huh?) I’m Unformal Sorrelle but you can call me Sorrel. If you must know why the last ‘le’ was taken off, it’s just because I prefer the spelling “Sorrel” to “Sorrelle” but “Unformal Sorrel” didn’t look right. “Informal Sorrel\le” didn’t even cross my mind until a week afterwards when I realized “Unformal” isn’t even a word. But, I like my username as it is so I’ll just leave it at that. I don’t think you clicked this to hear me ramble about names. (Though if you have, I could ramble on of why my tumblr is claidi ( http:/// ) and why my new account at AO3 is so creatively called Unformal_Sorrelle)

So what do I write? Well, it seems like a lot of comedies and dramas. I have crack!fics and I have serious!fics. I have randomness and I have angst. Wonderful, right? But, a lot of my more serious plot filled fics also get humor snuck in, much to my bemusement. Ironically, I'm not the funniest person in real life- As in, I cannot tell a joke. Any of my attempts are... um... well, usually they aren't well received. Sometimes they're not even recognized as jokes. Which is sad.- but I am told by many reviewers that they couldn't stop laughing.

And now it looks like I'm a straight up humor writer... But, I'm not, trust me. There's a balance. Just try to laugh during Monster or Be a Light. You can't, can you. I triumph! Yeah... And now I look like a weirdo... Sorry.

But, since you're here and all you've probably read one of my fics and understand. In fact, you've probably clicked over here to find if I've written anything similar to something you just liked or if I'll ever update and write another chapter. In previous models of my profile, I'd tell you all about my other fics. Heck, I even organized them in a 'most likely to be updated' category last time. Not this profile though, not this time.

So, other quick info about my writing- I go around things in odd ways. I don't have much to do with shipping, I personally would rather focus on plot and character development then that nonsense. I actually prefer a good friendship fic to a shipping fic. I need plot or characterization or craziness. Or all three... I have a lot more ideas then I'll ever get to write about. I never cuss or have anything explicit. I always enjoy reviews. I feel extremely guilty about my irregular updating skills. I do original work too that someday, someday, you will find on shelves. I've used virtual cookies as bribes for reviews before.

-BlueMoonMaples currently has plans to extend "First," a Merlin oneshot where Morgana decided not to use Lancelot to break up Arthur and Gwen, but everyone's favorite neckerchiefed warlock. (few years old, but I progress I saw was pretty cool!)

-Kyrianae Narii has offered to write more on "Spying For a Cause," my Harry Potter fic that reinterprets a common fandom cliché. (also a few year old)
