Author has written 37 stories for Naruto, Star Wars, Inuyasha, and Hetalia - Axis Powers.
Hello everyone! I hope you like reading my stories. I love it when people review! I'll never demand reviews in exchange for updates, but I do try to operate according to supply and demand, so if a particular story gets a lot of reviews I'm more likely to concentrate on updating it.
A lot of it is me squeeing over various things, but there's also some art I made, including fanfic illustrations.
Stories I'm Currently Writing:
I keep starting things...I can't help it, I get lots of ideas. However, if I actually start something, that means that I have a full outline (except for Team 45, but I do know how that ends) and therefore know where it goes and how it gets there. It might take a while to arrive, but I fully intend to finish everything I start. I just like to have a lot of options to work on, that way I can move from one story to another if I get stuck.

Let's see...I'm female, in highschool (college, as of August 2011), and look pretty much nothing like the picture I chose. I like reading, especially older books, and I have a tendency to think in TvTropes. I have a bit of an addiction to m-dashes and commas, although I'm working on losing that habit. While I'm American, sometimes I wish I was British, so if the occasional British spelling turns up in my stories you can chalk it up to wishful thinking. Currently, I'm studying Japanese, but don't worry, I won't use it in my stories :)
Also, I am shorter than every single member of the four Konoha genin teams. It's not fair, I tell you! Not fair!
My general writing style is to envision all the awesome (or at least interesting and/or important) bits in my head, note down what order they go in, and then use that as my outline and make up the transitions as I go along. I like lots of different kinds of music, but there is nothing like enka for writing Naruto fanfiction to. Due to this, there is one particular song that gets referenced in practically all of my multi-chapter fics. If I get on a roll, I can write as much as half a chapter or more at a time, but I often spread it among more than one story.
I also like meaningful names, so if there's an OC present or mentioned there's a good chance their name has something to do with their character. (It could also be a shout-out: remember in Cruel World where Shisui mentions playing Teaching Go with his uncle Akira?)
Fanfiction-wise, my greatest ambition is to someday be on the Naruto Fanfiction Recs page on TvTropes. (Hey, a girl can dream, can't she?)
Also...WHY ARE THERE NO MY LITTLE PONY AND NARUTO CROSSOVERS? WHY?!?!
(Well, when I first wrote that there weren't. I'm still planning to write one someday, though.)
Thoughts on Fanfiction Writing:
First off, if you want to be a good fanfiction writer, read! Read a lot, and try to find really good books (especially older ones; some books nowadays have pretty good stories but only mediocre writing). The more you read, the more good grammar and turns of phrase will rub off. But don't just read fiction; a lot of my Naruto fanfiction is influenced by all the books I've read about the Second World War. A good grounding in history and geography and such will help create more realistic conflicts and settings.
Also, outlines. I have discovered that if I outline things all the way to the end, I am much less likely to lose interest and also have less trouble pushing through trouble spots.
(Ummm...that's all for now. Just wanted to get that off my chest!)
Chronological Order of Turning Points Stories:
Just in case anyone's wondering, since there are rather a lot of oneshots.
