Hi. I'm German living in Sweden but despite all this internationality that I am sporting I will most likely publish most of my stuff in English. Partly because I did most of my serious literary-work in school in English. Also, most of the source-material I use is in English. Mostly, though, it just feels right writing in English while writing in German, Swedish or Spanish doesn't really do the same. I might still do it, though, if there are requests.
I am actually more of a reader than a writer and up to now, no project I started has been finished. However, I am working hard on changing that.
I'm 19 years old and kind of in between stuff right now, which might reflect on any updating schedule I (hopefully soon) have. I recently graduated from High School and now I'm searching for a place that lets me do some further studying, preferably biochemical engineering.
There are a couple of writers I like, mainly Terry Pratchett and Stephen King. I know, I know, these guys don't really have a compatible style but what can I say. I love Terry Pratchett's use of Folklore and his hilarious humor, especially in his Discworld novels, which are one of the most inspired works I have read. If reading Stephen King has taught me anything, it is that you can take a twisted, random idea and make a really great story out of it, if you apply some elbow-grease, some lateral thinking and enough electrifying intellect to bring any story you frankensteined out of these things to life.
I'll be writing mostly about video games like Skyrim, Fallout 3 (FUCK YEAH!) and other stuff since I get most of my ideas while playing these things.
My inspiration is fueled by sudden, caffeine-induced energy boosts and boredom from not being able to do much other stuff at the same time. However, I found comments and feedback will help greatly as well. So comment that shit!
Also, I'm looking for people who could proof-read my stuff. I would feel better if I could get some feedback prior to publication.
