Author has written 16 stories for Pride and Prejudice, and Harry Potter. Update 25/05/17* My dear faithful fans, firstly I would like to apologise you may have noticed my absence recently. I am but part way through Fracture last Champion and many of you will hate me for this, but I currently cannot continue the story. My muse has fled and Fractures remains abandoned. I wish I never wrote the sequel, it would have been easier to finish with Fractures. Never the less I attempted to write it, and I have learnt my lesson. You may rage, or throw hate at me, I want you to understand first however just what it means to write a chapter. It's not a simple five minute job, it is two hours or more, 3-5 days a week alongside a full time job and several other commitments. The other day I took a break from writing, I have been writing fanfiction since 2011, and the last 2 years I have dedicated nearly every night to finish a chapter for the weekends. Now, this is neither a complaint nor am I ungrateful for the valuable experience I just hope you understand, I need to direct my talent towards finishing my own story. To publish my own book and to living life once more. I did not want to leave any of you in the lurch, to not know the reason to why I am stepping down. Perhaps I will return add a chapter every few months but I make no promises as do not wish to break them. So it is regret to say I am now retiring from Fanficiton, perhaps an odd word to use, never the less I feel it accurate. Where once fanfiction was my rock, my go to place to escape I have come to realise it is time to do it for real. To write and create my own real fans, perhaps I will fail, never be published, but I can say I tried and that is worth something. I hate to disappoint you all, I truly intended to finish the last champion, I, however, am a story teller and I cannot abide a bad story. I will not bother you with half written chapters, nor a chapter that holds no emotion, I was struggling for a while and it spoke volumes. I can only thank all of you for the amazing support over the years, you have helped me come from a kid entertaining themselves to a fully grown (somewhat) adult and confident in their ability. To those who were with me from the beginning thank you so very much, your support and enthusiasm have led me to this point. To all my fans without your comments, feedback and support who would I be? So thank you, I hope I hear from you someday, who knows maybe a book signing I can but dream. I leave you with this; 'Those who only die once, have never lived a full life.' N Blackman* Author retired - thank you... Hello there! You may know me from Bellamione community or from my earlier works in Doctor Who and Pride and Prejudice. So a little bit about myself, I've been writing most my life, inspired by true events for most my stories. I live to write it is my true passion. So below is a list of my completed stories for Bellamione, anyone have questions just PM me. Caught in Time Series: Bellamione Caught in the Mist is the first in the series and was created as an experiment into the human mind. What aspects can you create as a challenge for someone to face, what defines courage? These were the questions I asked myself as I wrote Caught in the Mist. As you all know the story hit a problem, I ran out of ideas and it was left abandoned for some time. None the less the story was always meant to lead on to Turn Time, there was no doubting this. Synopsis for the story:
Turn Time the second instalment was a story I fell in love with, I've read numerous time travelling fics but not many dealt with a battle hardened Hermione. So the story brought a new aspect, how far can you push a character until they break. Most of you will think well the character breaks when the author wants them too, but it really doesn't work that way. When you write, you create an idea, a scene when it comes to actually putting it on paper it ends up completely differently. So I kept pushing Hermione's character giving her all these challenges until it felt like the right time for her to break. Maybe I'm evil but it was the intention behind the story, exploring characters taking a character much loved by fans and changing them into another while making it believable. Synopsis of the story:
A Drop in the Ocean the finale - I truly enjoyed writing the story, however it was a lot simpler to write, because the story was a big finale. Tying in all the loose ends, the story finished a lot quicker. I managed to complete it without even taking a year haha. So the story behind this was how much can I trick the reader. Make them go on a journey give them different hints and see if the reader can put the picture together. This was the intention, I have written horror, thriller and adventure. This is the first I have written a thriller/crime story where the clues lead to the end. All these stories have been a test of my skill as a writer, to see if I can link each story to the other. It is also the first time I have ever finished a story let alone 3. Synopsis of the story:
These three stories have been my life for the last 3 years, all meticulously planned out. Caught in the Mist one day may be revised however my time and effort is now spent on Fractures perhaps the biggest and most ambitious story so far. Fractures is not connected to any of my other stories. Fractures - Completely AU set in another world where there was no rise of Voldemort no wizarding wars have taken place. Set during the Sixth year just when Hermione thought her DADA Professor Bellatrix Black was the only thing to worry about the announcement of Riddle Championships brings heart ache for all. The Championships will force everyone to test themselves to the extreme after all the Championships are the closest thing to war in the wizarding world. Hermione will discover there is much more to learn while having to deal with her inner demons she finds herself face to face with living demons. With fame and glory as the prize the true colours of all will be revealed. If that's not enough, the Ministry of Magic seems to be going through some changes could a Muggleborn winning truly cause a revolution? The Order of the Phoenix seems to think so. Remember this is A/U I won't be giving much away just have to go with it. Things will be explained with time, but there was no first or second wizarding war or any rise of Lord Voldemort. The Potter's are still alive unfortunately Neville's Longbottoms parents were still tortured just not by Bellatrix. This story is not related to any of my other stories. Caution Fractures has mentions of abuse from the first word, trigger warnings. The whole story will deal with mentions of child abuse, drug abuse. Read at your own risk, there will be other warnings through out the chapters to let everyone know what to avoid. |
