Author has written 40 stories for Harry Potter, Sherlock, and Trixie Belden.
I'm writing for Camp NaNoWriMo this month with the goal of finishing In Love and War and am blogging updates and excerpts on my tumblr.
5/3/17 So, *gulp* I started a blog: keeptheotherone dot tumblr dot com. It's more Sherlock than Harry Potter right now, but will feature my writing, fandom interests, and some real life stuff if you'd like to get to know me better (or just find out what I'm working on--or why I'm not writing, LOL)!
I have several stories that are linked together but I also have a nasty habit of writing prequels second, so it's not exactly obvious which story you should read first when looking at my profile. I also have a few sequels pending, so I decided to put all that information here for your convenience.
Auror: 1. Consequences 2. Auror Take Two 3. Pending--I would like to write a third fic in this series focusing on Ron and Hermione during this time.
Deathly Hallows Summer 1. Girls Like You (R/H) 2. Don't Forget (H/G) 3. A Lady's Favor (H/G)
Eighth Year: 1. Faintest, Slimmest, Wildest Chance (H/G), winner of the 2014 HP Fanfic Fan Poll Awards for Best Romance and Best Drama-Angst! 2. In Love and War (R/H)--now up! 3. A Bit of Both--yet to be written, this fic will follow Harry and Ron as they start their Auror careers and Ginny and Hermione during their last year at Hogwarts as well as Bill, Charlie, and Percy in POV to share with us what's happening with the Weasley family over that year.
Weasley Christmases: 1. The Weasley Christmas Song List 2. The Story I Must Tell
The One: 1. The One After Sherlock Gets High 2. The One Where Sherlock Sleeps With Molly 3. The One Where Mary Gets Involved (WIP to be completed after In Love and War is finished)
Hmm, what to say? I signed up here because a couple of friends who read some of my Harry Potter fanfic insisted I had to post it, and I hope you agree (thanks to everyone who has read/reviewed/favorited/subscribed!). I came to the fandom rather late, after reading the books in 2009, but have had a blast ever since.
I tend to be pretty conservative with ratings, so keep that in mind when reading my mature fics. Also, if you mark one of my fics as a favorite (I'm honored!), please take a moment to review. Knowing what works (and what doesn't) helps me improve as a writer, which helps you to read better stories!
Random facts about me:
1. I’m a bicentennial baby.
2. Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone was the last Harry Potter book I read (meaning I read it last of the seven, not most recently).
3. Sweat and snot are my least favorite body fluids.
4. My mother is a great cook, but my pie crusts are better than hers.
