My views on different fanfiction matters:
Reviews - As an author, I love reviews. Who doesn't? I love them that I actually read them obsessively for inspiration. However, I am not the kind of author who forces my readers to review for the stories I wrote. I really cling to this belief to the point that I refrain myself from putting 'Please read and review!!' in my stories. But because of this rule I made for myself, I actually am quite expectant when it comes to the reviews I receive. Quality over quantity is what matters to me. I really am happy when the reviewer writes his views about the chapter/story may it be a question, a suggestion, a violent reaction, or even pointing out my mistakes. But, if the review only consists of the dreaded 'Update Soon', OTL, you get the image. Haha. As a reviewer, expect me to write random things in my reviews. But I always make it a point that the randomness are worth reading. =D
Pairings - GokuderaxHaru(KHR), Nejiten(Naruto), FakirxAhiru(Princess Tutu), CCxLelouch(Code Geass), EriolxTomoyo(CCS), LucyxLoke(Fairy Tail). Obviously, I'm more fond of the hetero pairings. But I also read shounen-ai with great, great, great plot. Hardcore Yaoi and Yuri is a no-no for me though.
OCs - I actually don't mind reading them in stories as long as they are well written and they do not take up the spot light from the original characters. If the story is solely about an OC paired up with a canon character, I most probably won't bother.
Characterization - I usually scrutinize first the background of a character in the story before I judge them as OOC or not. If the story follows the canon, well, it would be easier to figure out ne? But it's a different story with AUs or ARs. Usually in this kind of stories, they tend to be OOC but I accept their characterization as long as it's explained well.
updated APPOINTMENTS : a khr x drrr! fic - CH18 Where the Chaos Starts and Ends
posted DOUJINSHI : a khr x drrr! post-Appointments Omake
Er, hi? You guys might be wondering what the heck happened to me in four months that I was unable to update my almost finished story Appointments as well as the others. Well, life happened. Haha. I needed to fix some serious stuff in RL: I transferred schools, needed to focus on my academics to get a scholarship, got a job to list just a few. As of now, I'm still waiting for things to settle down and become stable before I go back to writing my fics.
So I'm really sorry for not even saying anything about my stories being on Hiatus. I actually have no time to be online these past weeks too and my laptop actually broke down. I will try to update within this month (July) after my midterms but no promises. Bear with me?
If you have questions or any suggestion (especially about the story) feel free to PM me. =D
