Author has written 5 stories for Star Wars, Harry Potter, Stargate: Atlantis, and NCIS.
I'm 28 years old, married to a hardworking pastor, and mom to two adorable little girls =).
After reading countless fanfictions (and becoming completely hooked in the process), I decided to give a try myself. What a humbling experience! I have newfound respect for all the excellent authors I have read on here (see my favorites pages for some examples).
As of the moment I write for Harry Potter and Star Wars. I'm also a fan of Star Trek(esp. Enterprise, Voyager, and DS9), seaQuest, CSI, A-Team, Magnificent Seven, Law & Order: Criminal Intent, and Psych.
STORY PROGRESS (as of 04/03/09)
I live! I'm pulling out my HP books, and I going to nail down the backstory for Mirrored Lives. I really like this story and I am going to finish it!
Harry, Sirius, and Remus end up in a dimension where Voldemort was never defeated. As they work to survive in this darker universe, their alter egos – including a Harry raised by Tom Riddle – are spreading chaos in the world they left behind.
Status: On-going. This is my NaNoWriMo entry, so expect frequent updates.
The Redemption of Bruck Chun:
AU - Shortly after the events in JA 1, Bruck Chun is chosen as an apprentice by Qui-Gon's first padawan, Master Taren Halcyon, who struggles to keep him from turning to the Dark Side.
Status: On hiatus. It is pretty much ignored for the moment, but not permanently abandoned.
Putting Right What Once Went Wrong:
Quantum Leap crossover - Sam Beckett Leaps into Remus Lupin in October 1981. Thrown into a war-torn world he - and Ziggy - have no knowledge of, Sam's mission is soon complicated even further when his actions confirm all of Sirius' suspicions as to the identity of the spy.
Status: On hiatus, but the plot bunny still attacks every so often.
An Unusual Family:
An AU version of Harry's childhood, in which Remus Lupin takes a more active interest in his best friend's son's life, and a certain Azkaban prisoner makes a premature escape.
After Sirius Black falls through the Veil, he is given an unexpected opportunity: the chance to change history, by reliving various events in his past. Inspired by CalaisKenobi's 'One Day More'.
The Gringotts Job:
The goblins, safe behind Gringotts’ impenetrable walls, see no reason to join the fight against Voldemort. The Order, desperate for allies, decides to show them that they aren’t as secure as they think - by breaking into the safest place in the world.
HP/Nero Wolfe crossover:
The Order sends MWPP to NYC to retrieve a dangerous magical artifact from its eccentric owner before Death Eaters can find it. When the object is stolen - by Muggles - who else to turn to than the greatest detective in New York?
(For the uninitiated, Nero Wolfe books are detective stories set in New York City. They were written by Rex Stout and published from 1935-1975.)
Wizarding world turns against HP:
OotP AU - After declaring the lifetime Quidditch ban, Umbridge is murdered – and all evidence points to Harry. When everyone - even Dumbledore - believes he is guilty, what can a werewolf and escaped convict do to save him?
Dark CoS AU:
What if Lockhart used Memory Charms to cover up crimes far more appalling than mere plagiarism? How does this affect the lives of his victims? Draco/Ginny, Percy/Penelope, Snape/Sinistra, Dumbledore/McGonagall
Wizards. Muggles. In the 22nd century, these two groups have less in common than ever. As a Muggleborn wizard, Malcolm Reed is used to leading two separate lives. But when his magical and technological worlds collide, how will he survive?
I sporadically work on these stories as the muse strikes. I am, however, (slowly) working toward a more disciplined method of writing.
