Author has written 1 story for Inuyasha, and Naruto.
Hi everyone! I am Fragile Expectation. I am deceivingly fragile and have great expectations. Good day.
I have been on and off in the fanfiction world. I have tried my hand at writing it but more often than not I have just been the reader. That is coming to an end, though. I've got some stories floating in my head and I wanna share them. So if you want to come with me on a bumpy ride with one of my stories you are more than welcome. I could use the company. And if you have the time, please drop a review. They make me smile oh so much.
And just to warn people, I can be a lousy updater. Especially if my story has 0 reviews or I'm having some serious battles with writer's block. During these times, bear with me! I may be a procrastinator but I am more persistent than a flea to a dog. Especially with the right encouragement (hint, hint). :D
Speaking of writing, I do have a bit of a quirk when it comes to fanfiction. I rarely ever go for a canon pairing. Ever. Don't believe me? When it comes to Inuyasha pairings, I support Sess/Kag or really Kag/ (Anyone but Inuyasha). Ouran High School? Kyoya/Haruhi. Avatar: The Last Airbender? Zuko/Katara. Bleach? Ulquiorra/Orihime. Pirates of the Carribean? Jack/Elizabeth. Fruits Basket? Hatori/Tohru. There are some exceptions, though, like Naruto/Hinata. I luvz that pairing. ^_^
I do have a reason for loving alternate pairings, though. I love the challenge of them. Canon pairings are expected. It's easy to see canon pairings because it's canon. But alternate pairings force you to think of how two unlikely characters can get to know each other, begin to care for another, and eventually fall in love all the while keeping their characters in tact. It can be a hard thing to do. Not to mention, this is the world of fanfiction, man!! This is a world where you can manipulate your favorite series however you want and make things happen you know would never happen in the real series. Why go with a canon pairing when the show/movie/book already has that covered???
That's just my opinion, of course. To say the least, if you want to read a canon pairing piece... yeah, I'm not your girl. Sorry. >.>
Anyway, that's all I have to say for now, folks. Laterz. ;)
