Now that I've gone a year and a half without writing any fanfiction, I can say that my desire to compose it has probably run its course. I'm still reading and reviewing occasionally but, as with many others, my interest in LotR fanfic has waned, so I might as well drop the pretext that I'm just waiting for a good plot bunny to strike. What fanfic I did write will remain up (especially in the wake of Too Easy's Mithril Award, which stunned me and I thank the individuals who enjoyed it enough to give it that honor).
My Works:
Wings of the Storm- My now complete magnum opus. A serious OC-based story about a future Nazgul on the long road to falling into shadow.
To the Halls of Mandos in a Backpack- Complete. A very silly, very OOC, sometimes juvenile parody about two MS's who don't always get their way. Related to the humorous Lorien Chronicles; if you enjoyed those you'll likely enjoy this and vice versa.
The Lorien Chronicles- The collective name for my series of random one-shots, some humorous or crossoverish (Architect, Dueling Club, Some that Die, Dark Lord), others more serious and less OOC (Doomed to Fade, Advent), and one in between (Last of my Heart), all centered on Galadriel, Celeborn, and/or Haldir and featuring shameless mixing of book and movie verse as well as inserting modern items and concepts. The series features Celeborn's Patented Non-Entity Mode, the Ewoks going Gothic, the ongoing abuses of Haldir (in the spirit of Peter Jackson), the always, um, lively relationship between Galadriel and Celeborn, and the battles against Horde Minions with Low Pain Tolerance.
The Witch King Files- Humorous one-shots about the villains of the Third Age (Too Easy, Terror and the Teeth, Drown my Woe, On the Menu).
A Breakfast of Chicken- An effort to write something different, in this case a sad, first-person composition.
Responses to reviewers: I do believe in reciprocal reviewing, so if you drop me a review and happen to write in a fandom with which I am familiar, I will probably return the favor as my schedule permits.
