The one thing I want from anyone who reads my fics, don't hesitate to post constructive criticism. The brutal stuff is what gets me through the day. :)
Wanted to post a cool quote I heard from a movie. "Criticism is necessary. It's just like medicine. If you want to get better, you have to take it."
Things About Me...
Air is good, but if the air around you smells bad I'll spray you with deodorant.
Believing lies is sinfully delightful.
Cookies are the way to my heart, but at the same time there might be razors inside.
Doing the impossible is what I do best, simply because you said it was impossible.
Ever thought of lingerie shopping as a hobby; it's the equivalent of comic book shopping for me.
Fallon, Felix, Franky, Francesca, Frankenstein and Fargalo, you may choose, take your pick.
Good morning sunshine, good morning ground hog, good morning nutella, it's a beautiful day already.
Hell is what you make it to be, it might be a fiery pit for someone, it's a job interview for me.
Just kidding, you don't scare me at all.
Kool Aid doesn't taste good; it's the oasis of Kool that has kids hooked.
Limekink you are the biggest prude and yet your name is Limekink.
Monkeys will rule the earth, enough said.
No problem, I'll stick to your side like a sea urchin, be prepared for the surgery.
Oranges are meant to be squirt in someone's eyes or was that lemons?
People are strange, people are strange...
Quirky is one of my favourite words, it's hard to use words like quirky, gargantuan and abnegate in a sentence.
Rapunzel, you stole my hair do, I want it back some time this century.
Sorry is uninventive so I came up with a better apology, you take a bar of chocolate and stick a new label on the front and in big bold letters write: thee BITCH BAR.
Trick or treat, smell my feet, give me something good to eat. Not too big, not too small, just the size of Montreal.
Uma Thurman is my goddess and Quentin Tarrantino my holy manuscript.
V for Vendetta got it half right, you need to stick a piece of toast on your shirt if you really want people to start thinking.
Wonderbread, you are awesome but I need to file for divorce.
X-ray vision is overrated, you can just go to a strip joint or so I'm told.
Yogurt trees do not exist so why do you say it on the announcements?
Zoos are for animals, mall are for shopaholics, asylums are for me, I thought that was obvious.

Life is good and life is bad. That's all I got.
My Favourite Poem:
I wish I was your cigarette,
All wrapped up nice and neat.
Every time you'd decide to take a puff,
Your lips and mine would meet.

I had a friend ask me why I decided to write a supernatural/romance story. And I thought about it for a while, and came to this conclusion. I am sick of love at first sight. I believe there is such a thing as attraction at first sight or even that strange feeling that guides you to trust a person the instant you meet them. But love at first sight... it's impossible. I'm not trying to be harsh, but true love is something that grows over time, not in an instant. I don't think there's a such thing as soul mates where you're destined to meet the right person. I just think there's meeting the right person. Anyone can be with anyone so why do people think making a limit on who you must love is romantic? Love is a choice. It's not realistic and more importantly it's kind of selfish to think that a person can only have the capacity to love one person above everyone else. So I wanted to write a romance fic where the love develops albeit slowly, but a love that isn't remotely close to a fairytale.
So then my friend asked me why I wanted to write a fic with witches, vampires and were-creatures. It's because I hated the stigma a lot of these different supernatural creatures held and I wanted to create something new. As much as I love were-creatures, I honestly do not understand why people have this belief that fur retracts back into skin. I've tried to get over this characteristic of were-creature fics but it drives me insane, or the fact that character development is substituted for an extreme libido. I love vampires but so many fics only cover the angst of taking a human's blood, not the psychological repercussions afterwards and that drives me insane as well. Not only that, vampires do not have extreme libidos by nature nor do they sparkle in the sunlight or consider themselves vegetarians. Vampirism is both a gift and a curse and when you take away the part that makes them vampires; the curse, I feel like it's not really exploring the character. And then there's witches... gotta say witches without wands aren't really popular are they?
So then my very inquisitive friend asked why on earth I decided to write a fanfiction about all this in general. I really don't know. It didn't start out as fanfiction. More of a general idea for a story and before I knew it I started typing like a fiend, getting all my ideas down. And everything just came to me bit at a time, like pieces of a puzzle. I didn't have the plot planned out that well, I just had images and pieces in my mind of what I knew was going to happen and I filled in the blanks. And then I had awesome reviewers who gave me epic advice and support. So I guess I wrote this story as a testimony to myself on what I believe love is. Many may not agree and I'm not expecting people to, but destiny is not set in stone. My friends tell me about how the right guy will walk up to them one day and they'll know, but honestly love is a two-way street. For love to work out it requires... well work from both sides and I guess that's what I'm trying to write about. A love that is neither one-sided or selfish in it's awakening.
Uni is like a whole new brand of freedom. Awesome.
Oh and another quote I absolutely adore: "The path of good intentions is paved with bullshit." (Spoiler for anyone reading The Grey Line)

Alright, just so people know... I am hell-bent on finishing The Grey Line. Which is good I guess. But I wanted to write more stories for this random universe I created which means... there might be sequels to The Grey Line. Which may be good or it may be bad. I'm not quite sure but it's a blast writing. :)
