Here's a bit of who I am:

I was born and raised in Philadelphia and now live right outside in one of her suburbs but I have lived on both coasts. I worked for the US Navy for 12 years and was a Navy spouse and have a great respect for the men and women in our armed forces.

I love a lot of tv fandoms but my two favorites are NCIS LA and Life on Mars (UK version). I have written some fan fics for both areas. What attracts me is the well written stories and perfectly molded characters. If you read my fics here you know I love Kensi and Deeks and just love keeping them real and in love. I think Deeks is one of the best characters on tv today...I could talk about him forever...if you ever want to get into a conversation about Marty Deeks...just PM me!

I love to watch on the big or little screen the follow actors: John Simm, Philip Glenister, Emma Thompson, Alan Rickman, Benedict Cumberbatch, James McAvoy, Burn Gorman, Hugh Grant, Kenneth Branagh, John Barrowman, Michael Imperiale, and of course Eric Christian Olsen and everyone on NCIS LA!

In music what and who I like (not in any particular order)...Paul Weller, The Decemberists, Fleet Foxes, the Who, The Jam, Mayor Hawthorn, The Beatles, Leisure Society, Todd Rundgren, Adrian Smith, Kenny Rankin, Ralph McTell, Burt Jansch, Dan Fogelberg, Mark Knoffler, Ocean Colour Scene, The Coral, Oasis, Adele, Diane Birch, Aretha Franklin, Hall & Oates, Jimmy Webb, Loomis and the Lust, Nilsson, Elvis Costello, anything Motown or the Sound of Philadelphia, John Rutter...going back further...Gershwin, Bach, Mozart, Rodriguez, Chopin, Bisez...the list goes on and on.

I try and read as much as possible, it's the only way to become a good writer. I love Stephen King, and JK Rowling for their style of writing and too many others to mention for their ability to tell a great story. Have a new found respect for some of the great screen writers on tv especially the guys who write for NCISLA...not an easy job...but they get it sooooo right.

I'm a full fledge Anglophile and love all thing British, including music, movies and tv.
