Greetings! You have reached the FanFiction profile of Lily's Muse (formerly known as Pwoper Lily). You can just call me Lily, or Lil.
My favorite people in the entire world are—in no particular order—Matthew Bellamy, Dominic Howard, and Christopher Wolstenholme. These are the men who make up the English alternative rock band, Muse. I read and write bandfiction about them. It is my guilty pleasure.
Matt's son was born on July 9th, which is my birthday. I just thought I'd get that out there, because it is the best thing that has ever happened to me.
.: WRITING STATUS OF STORIES :.
Abbey Road Studio 2 (ARS2 or Abbey Road)
I never finished this story. In October of 2011, when this was one of only three stories of mine, I decided that they'd all gotten too bad for anyone to read anymore. I announced that I was deleting the three stories, and was going to revamp them and repost them the next year. I'm still not done modifying this story, but I've at least reposted the first two chapters, though there are very subtle differences in the beginning of the story after editing.
This Is the End of the World (TItEotW or TIEW)
Nothing But Our Minds (NBOM)
You Make Me Sick (YMMS)
There's a slight possibility that I may try again one day, but the stories above and below here take priority if that day comes. If you'd like to know my idea for the story, which, if I do say so myself, is pretty good, do not hesitate to PM me and just ask the simple question. I love PMs. Like, you don't even know.
My Super Mega Foxy Awesome Hot Life (MSMFAHL or My Super)
Griveler (That One French Story No One Reads)
Seven Minutes in Heaven (SMiH or SMH)
The Magical Misadventures of Muse (TMMoM, MMM, etc.)
So, basically, this is a story wherein the boys of Muse are attending Hogwarts. I know, it's Riddikulus. I have enormous plans for this fic, which will hopefully be a series of six stories if it doesn't fizzle out. My mini-ghostwriter, for lack of a better term, is Calyn. My plot consultant is Your Beauty's Not Just a Mask.
CONTEST: The Drumming Noise
.: NEWSITY NEWS :.
— 22 July 2014: After months of not having access to a computer, my brother has finally loaned me his laptop until he can build a new one for me. I wouldn't necessarily call this summer break for me, seeing as I'm taking several classes online over the summer so I can graduate early and leave the United States to follow a long-held dream of mine. Chapter V of TMMoM is still in progress, but now more than ever, FF is certainly not my priority. To be frank, it's a hobby, not a responsibility. Anyway,
— Maddy (Your Beauty's Not Just a Mask) and I, believe it or not, are still slowly working on that one collaborative story. There have been some major setbacks, and we're not really aiming for any particular publication-date, but I promise that a chapter will get posted one of these days.

.: ABOUT THE AUTHORESS :.
A brief mental picture: I'm a natural blonde with hip-length, rather straight hair. I'm tall, average weight, and I have blue eyes. (I've been told by friends that I resemble an actress called Evan Rachel Wood.)
I live in the northern United States and I'm currently a senior in high school. After graduating, I would love most to travel the world, learn as much as I can, teach as much as I know, absorb foreign cultures, and eventually settle down in the United Kingdom somewhere. I can speak English, Spanish, and French, and I'm taking courses in Swedish and Japanese (the latter of which is way more difficult than I anticipated).
My hobbies include playing video games, tutoring English, baking, volunteering, running, and reading/writing (obviously).
Oh, and I'm a vegetarian.
.: I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO CALL THIS SECTION :.
I have never actually spoken with the bandmembers, but I may or may not have seen Matthew Bellamy in a store one time. This man just brushed past me and smiled, and I was like, "French the llama, was that Matt Bellamy?!" But I couldn't move my legs, so I didn't think to run after him and ask him. Either:
A) It was Matt.
Later that night, my best friend Calyn and I did some online research. Turns out, Muse was in the northern United States when I thought I saw Matt. I often still wonder if it was really him.
Anyway, thanks for bothering to read what I've written here. See you around!
