Author has written 4 stories for Kung Fu Panda, Frozen, and Jurassic Park.
Hello there, fellow fanfiction readers. I am Seaside Fanasties, as you can all clearly see by the totally original-looking name display. I am a seventeen-year-old girl who lives in a small borough in Pennsylvania. And that's about all the personal information you need to know about me, as I really don't want to encourage any stalkers on here.
Now, onto some other stuff, I guess. I started writing fanfiction in the summer of 2011 (June, to be exact, which was coincidentally right after I saw KFP 2 for the second time...), and I've loved writing it ever since. I know I may not be the best writer out there- let's admit it, there are people out there who are probably far more talented than I am-but I do try to give my readers the highest-quality story imaginable, as I suppose it is my right to give the readers what they're looking for. As for my stories, well... I enjoy positive feedback, as well as constructive criticism. I really like knowing that I'm doing a good job of writing stories and making the readers happy, but at the same time I do like to know where I could improve, so go right ahead and leave a nice review for me. I promise I don't bite... I just give little love nibbles on occasion.
Flames, well, not such a huge fan of those. Flames will be used to power rockets which will shoot all of my haters off into space. (TO THE MOOOOONNNNNAAAHHHH.)
My fangirl obsess- err, I mean, favorite canons to write for are: Kung Fu Panda (who doesn't love Po?), How To Train Your Dragon, My Little Pony: FiM, and Frozen. And I'll probably add more as I go because trust me, I have a lot of favorite movies. Onto funnier stuff!
My Personal Quotes:
"Okay, there is no possible way that I can die again on this level."
My Favorite Quotes:
I am a man, and men do not consume pink beverages. Get thee gone, woman, and bring me something brown."-Jace from the Mortal Instruments
"You can't solve a problem with the same level of thinking that created the problem in the first place."- Einstein
"HOLY BALLS!"- Markiplier
"Stick 'em with the pointy end."- Game of Thrones
"Fish are friends, not food."- Finding Nemo
"Everything must be exactly how I envisioned it. And I envisioned it...a little to the left."- Lord Shen, Kung Fu Panda
"It's like Christmas, but with more...me."- Tony Stark
More will probably be added as we go along.
What's my advice for aspiring writers? Write every day. Write about stuff that you might not even like. Write about boring stuff like doing the dishes. Research everything, because trust me, it helps. Even if it's totally odd stuff, nothing beats the power of research. If you have a new experience, write about it. Keep looking for big, fancy words to use. Practice everything that you think you need practice on, and then practice it some more. Dialogue is not boring. Dialogue is great. So is description. But remember to show, not tell.
