Author has written 1 story for Phantom of the Opera.

Dear "fictional friends",

Welcome to my escape from real life :)

Dear friends from the recently evaporated POTO forum, I miss your colourful discussions. That well of ideas can't be replaced.

In short:

Being an amateur in many fields has never stopped me from enjoying what I find fascinating.
The same goes for this fictional world.

I have a vivid imagination and I like stories and characters with certain depth.
More often than not, I'm trying to read what's written between the lines, a different meaning, the hidden connection. When I find something new in a story that has existed for a long time, it's a real treat. And yes, some of the lines or detail which impress me, I memorize for years.

My fascination with the story of the Phantom of the Opera hasn't ceased for years. Movie, book, stage show, I appreciate and enjoy all of it. Each interpretation of the Phantom's character is a story for itself. Though it's been a decade since the 2004 movie, and perhaps looking at it from different angles now, I still find something about it that captivates me.

To Find Peace is something I've been writing for quite some time now. If I were to start it all over again, it would have been different. I accuse myself for the cliché, therefore the occasional "revamp measures". Yet, if I could tell it all only in paragraphs that I love the most, something would have been missing. The skeleton of the story is the same. However, the inspiration has ways of it's own ( and works overtime on most interesting occasions ).
The leading character has developed from the 2004 movie Phantom, one who yet had a life to live after the curtain had fallen ( or the mirrors had been broken ).
The lady of the story, on the other hand, has been dwelling in my imagination for a long while. She was not originally created for him, but I've given her a chance to exist on this fictional paper. They fit ... somehow ;)
I am doing my best to get into the heads and hearts of my characters. They seem to have a life of their own, by now.

Note:

Many thanks to those of you who have reviewed, your feedback is very appreciated and a great encouragement. You put a smile on my face :)

I will welcome a compliment or critique. Either one is useful.

Thank you :)
