"I promise to review every fanfic I read whether it be fantastic, useless, or anywhere in between. I make this pledge because I know how frustrating it as an author to have hundreds (or thousands) of hits and only a handful of reviews." 7/20/11: Hello. My name is Aleah and I have a passion for writing. Haven't gotten around to much of it lately, but I assure you, I'm still here keeping an eye on you guys. Television consumes my life, which is a reason I love writing fan fiction. I also find it to be good practice for writing original stories (you know, if I actually got around to creating some at some point). I'm a bit of an anglophile - just thought I'd warn you! I love British comedies like Red Dwarf, The Brittas Empire, and Blackadder. I absolutely love Harry Potter, as it was my life for most of my childhood and still is to an extent. I also love Doctor Who. Actually, it's probably more like an unhealthy obsession than anything else. I think it worthy to note that I have a slight infatuation with one Jamie McCrimmon, hence the username. Since my last profile update, I've become obsessed with Hannibal, so that's a thing now. I do love to write, and hope to make it my career someday, but as I do have a life and tend to procrastinate a lot, I may seem to disappear off the face of the Earth sometimes (seems to be happening a lot lately), and other times I may be posting stories left and right (hopefully soon). It depends.
Oh, and I'm planning on working my way through my older fics sometime soon. Rewrite some of the more cringeworthy ones, or at least correct some of those god-awful grammar mistakes. Ah, to be thirteen again (not that sixteen is much of a difference, but still).
