List of Projects and Status
I've been writing on this site for TWELVE years, if you can believe that! I am twenty-six, currently; do some math and you will see how very young I was when I wrote and published my first stories on this site. I am ever grateful for fanfiction, for providing a fun and empowering way to practice writing. Unlike liquor and therapy, writing is free, like prayer and laughter.
1. Luminescence: Working title for my newest Sailor Moon story. It's been TEN YEARS since I wrote for Sailor Moon, but I love the anime reboot, and so, got inspired. This story will follow adult Sailor Scouts (Inners, 21, Mamoru 24, Haruka and Michiru 23, Setsuna 25ish, Hotaru 17) in the last years on earth before the Crystal Millenium. A new enemy, deeply connected to Usagi's past life appears to offer Sailor Moon's final challenge before ascending the throne.) This story picks up where the Manga left off after a few years pass.
2. Till They're Before Your Eyes: Narnia has been dear to me since childhood, yet even I, a devout Narnia fundamentalist, found the unexpected Susan/Caspian pairing had snuck into my heart. So in this story, I will attempt to continue from the end of The Last Battle, following Susan's story and reconciling the movies with the books while changing as little cannon as possible. In Progress
Update January 2015: Well, folks, anyone who is still hoping, I am still working on Til They're Before Your Eyes. :-) I am about half-way through the next chapter, and I have the rest of the plot outlined. I will finish this story yet! Thanks for your long-term loyalty! I have been blocked on this story for over a year, but I'm hoping that starting my juices on a new project will get me motivated to finish it. The whole story is mapped out! I just have to DO it!!! Don't lose hope!
Possible Future Projects
2. Yellow Roses: It's finished. However, I'm leaving it up on my list of projects because I've contemplated writing a sequel. In fact, I've done lots of work on a potential sequel which might turn into quite a long endeavor. Feedback is welcome. Complete?
3. As for Nancy Drew and the Hardys...
(To anyone who enjoyed To Protect and Serve... I can't say I'm completely satisfied with leaving Krutin in only one story. Then again, I'm in no hurry to encounter him again. Plus, I'm afraid to try and continue a story that was successful to a humbling point and a story that can also stand on its own. In fact, I have done a very TINY bit of work on a sequel, which I may or may not complete. But this possibility is out there.)
Thank you so much for visiting my profile. I hope you'll go on to read my work, hopefully enjoy it, and then tell me what you thought. Nothing is more valuable to me than your reviews! Again, thanks and happy reading!
