Author has written 2 stories for Harry Potter. Hello fan-ficcers! :) I'm RK and my stories (what little of them) are on hiatus for a long.. long, really long, time. Excuses revolve around studies which move on to work and it's been bugging me that the things I have started are incomplete. I have many one-shots and random scenes in my head and I chat them out with my fellow fanfic pallie Vara but never once put them in proper words. So instead of trying to accommodate so many 'scenes' into my HP story, I will instead stick to simple short stories that work for me as I do not have the patience for a long novel. Basically I like to write about HP as it's a pretty fascinating subject. I created an original character called Michael (as introduced in 'Is It So Hard?') and most of the stories that I intend to share would be the interaction between the little kid and Severus Snape. In short, I'm going to throw them into different warped scenes (Poor Sev..). Michael Calanor, the Ravenclaw, is rather adaptable. He can be between 12-15 (max) depending on the AU. He's a flawed character who is a little naive, a little wild on the edge and can be the most oblivious kid on earth. He's an orphan whose 'blood' is not established (pure-blood or not remains a mystery) and he does not live with his relatives (none actually. just a lonely wittle kid). I tend to 'write' him as 12 most of the time. He is short for his age, and has a pair of maroon orbs. Not very good in Voldie-era days. Mic does not have the angst of Harry, does not have the arrogant rich kid demeanor of a Malfoy, does not like to 'display' his intelligence like Hermione and neither is he a loyal follower like Ron. He is excellent in Maths and Potions and a bit of a bookworm geek. Loves to do puzzles and experiments but is utterly hopeless at wand-waving. He can do wandless but only with proper training. 'Signs' of it like a simple Lumos but definitely not to the extent of casting Crucio with a flick of his wrist.. LOL. He's a strange kid who does not take things at face value. Mic is also mature and independent for his age due to his environment and circumstances but because of it, he does not grow up normally and can occasionally be 'child-like' in mannerisms (like chocolate-craving). And because of all the strange-ness, he is not well accepted by his peers. This is merely a brief introduction to the many layers of Michael Calanor and I welcome all of you to step into his world and share the many antics of the kid who adores the Potions Master. Thanks for reading :) Cheers, RivanKnight |
