Author has written 13 stories for Pirates of the Caribbean, Bleach, Kingdom Hearts, and Fullmetal Alchemist.
I write because I couldn't live without it, not because I think I can say something that someone else hasn't said before. I write more frequently than I eat - which is to say, I write every day, without fail, and love it.
Fanfiction is to me what chocolate is to other people - unbelievably delicious and vaguely unhealthy. It takes way too much time out of my other creative endeavors; but that's really alright, because it lets me learn and grow as a writer.
I tend to write alternate universe as a vehicle through which the original story can be explained and the characters given motivation. That being said, I have absolutely no qualms about killing characters in the service of the story, AU or not - but then, if you've made it this far, you've probably figured that out by now.
Lie Like You Mean It is totally finished, dammit. This thing took up eight months of my life - and by "took up," I mean "consumed." It inhabited every spare moment, every spare thought, and a lot of them that definitely weren't spare too! I dreamed about this thing. Repeatedly.
Never Was Another is my brain-candy fic, the one that I write because it's so easy to come up with. I think I really started it because I needed a break on Lie Like You Mean It, so I don't know whether I'll continue it or not - the two fics are two different ways of telling the same story, really. Also it depends on if I can get my head back in that mode.
I have a bunch of started fics that I will finish, dammit, including some AkuRoku, Zemyx, Sephiroth/Cloud, Axel/Demyx, and god help me, a Zack and Angeal genfic. Genfic, me? Really? Anyway, feel free to keep an eye out if any of that interests you. I don't know when the next time is I'll post, given that I'm trying to focus on original novels/short stories, but I'll finish something every so often, I swear. (12/12/09)
To anyone who's made it here: I love you deeply and passionately. No, no, really! Thanks so much for reading.
(5/14/10: Also to anyone who's made it here; I'm so sorry about the formatting problems my stories recently acquired. I've been checking on them and realized that all of the breaks between sections were unceremoniously removed by FFN's stupid retconning autocorrect feature, removing unwanted text characters willy-nilly. I'm fixing it. You're probably not here if that turned you off of my stories, but let it be known that I have an issue with the fact that asterisks are considered taboo.)
