Author has written 12 stories for Outsiders.
Hi, I'm Sydney. I'm seventeen. I've been on this website since I was ten, but only got an account when I was twelve. Currently, I literally do nothing except read, watch movies, and work.
My taste in music ranges from literally anything from Patsy Cline to Pantera to Sam Cooke to Björk, but my favorite artists at the moment are Tool, The Velvet Underground, David Bowie, Alice in Chains, Gorillaz, Nine Inch Nails, Pink Floyd, The Strokes, Cake, Grateful Dead, Mac Demarco, Vampire Weekend, Talking Heads, MGMT, The Smiths, Alt-J, The Beach Boys, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Joy Division, My Chemical Romance, and Sublime.
I also thoroughly enjoy watching any movie that seems interesting. My favorites include, but are not limited to: Se7en, Fargo, Psycho, A Clockwork Orange, Lolita, Dr. Strangelove, 2001: A Space Odyssey, The Shining, Clerks, Pulp Fiction, Jackie Brown, Mulholland Drive, The Basketball Diaries, Star Wars, The Rocky Horror Picture Show, Good Will Hunting, Pink Floyd: The Wall, Trainspotting, and Almost Famous.
My favorite books are: The Outsiders by S.E. Hinton, Harry Potter series by J.K. Rowling, Jane Eyre by Charlotte Bronte, A Clockwork Orange by Anthony Burgess, Lolita by Vladimir Nabokov, Catcher in the Rye by J.D. Salinger, Naked Lunch by William S. Burroughs, and The Great Gatsby by F. Scott Fitzgerald.
The TV shows I love the most are Dexter, Misfits, Parks and Recreation, American Horror Story, Skins, Twin Peaks, and The X Files.
This is a random little addendum but I want to apologize for my past-self. I feel like I was an annoying, very problematic kid. So if you, for some reason, got a mean review from me circa 2011-2013, or I said something stupid, it was just my 12-14 year old self thinking I was cool and giving concrit. But I was just being a huge asshole. I rarely review nowadays, and when I do, it's purely kind commentary and even some help to improve if one asks for it, though admittedly I'm not in the best position to help people become better.
Well, that's about it, I think.
