Author has written 10 stories for Prince of Tennis, Katekyo Hitman Reborn!, and Pokémon.

despite all the shadows, the world is a lovely place, isn't it?

you can call me fleur, rae, lis, hey you, or any combination thereof or of my username however you see fit.

as you can see, i'm not very fond of capital letters. i'm not sure why; it's probably because when i type in all lowercase there's this comfortable sense of uniformity about the words. there are no letters that stick out, like when i use capital letters. it's something of an obsession. i don't mind capital letters if it's in stories (at those times i want caps, even) but this is a profile. it's probably fine to ignore a fundamental rule of grammar just a while.

so, let us move on.

about me

i usually hang around ; most of my fics are posted there. some of them i don't post here, usually because i'm too lazy and uploading documents takes forever. please do forgive me. also, in my journal i do use uppercase. i wonder why. but this lowercase obsession began quite late and i've already had my journal for some time, so i didn't want to break that uniformity.

i'm also quite private about real life, for the reason that i don't really feel comfortable posting my private information where everyone in the world could access it. (not that they'd want to, of course, but it's the paranoid people that would survive a zombie apocalypse).

i also understand that this tells almost nothing about me. i'm so sorry. i tend to ramble.

about writing

writing's become almost an obsession. there are numerous incomplete works folders scattered around my hard drive galaxy and sometimes i think i'll never finish them all, because i gain and lose interest very quickly. i've only started actively writing for fandoms in the later half of 2011, but i'm really hoping i won't lose my interest in it.

the reason i write is neither rocket surgery nor brain science nor any permutation of those words. i'm just a little person with a keyboard and sometimes little scattered pieces of paper. and even if i can't write well, i really enjoy giving voices and colours to words. it's like i'm building my own little world, and maybe it's not special or grand or even believable, but it's the fun i get from creating that world that makes it, to me, beautiful.

one little truth: i thank you for letting me write.

disclaimer: series belong to their respective creators; i am only playing with them for my own enjoyment.
