Author has written 9 stories for Veronica Mars, Glee, Divergent Trilogy, and Mortal Instruments.
Hi everyone :)
I read a lot, and have for the last 14 years. I've read many many fanfics, and many, many books. I also watch a lot of TV. My favourite fandoms are Veronica Mars, Glee, The Hunger Games, Harry Potter, The Shadowhunter Chronicles (TMI, TID etc), Trixie Belden (practically no one has ever heard of these :(), Anne of Green Gables, Gossip Girl, Smallville and The West Wing. I kind of like a lot of things. If I listed them all you'd be reading for a while.
Now, on the topic of Twilight, I have read them all, twice. I've even read fanfics, and I own one of the movies. In saying that, I'm not a fan. It was entertaining the first time round, when I was like 12 [15, but when I reread and thought about it, I realised it wasn't the highest quality story! So I do like to make jokes about Twilight, they're pretty fun after all. But I don't abuse them, often! (Aside, I rewatched them recently, and ohmygoodness they were SO bad haha. I cringed nearly the whole way through, and yet, I will probably watch them again at some point.)
My favourite ships are LoVe, (Logan and Veronica from Veronica Mars), Blainchel (Blaine and Rachel from Glee), Clace (Jace and Clary from TMI), Wessa (Will and Tessa from TID), Peenis (Peeta and Katniss from The Hunger Games - by all means, laugh at the ship name!), Steroline (Stefan and Caroline from The Vampire Diaries - Candice Accola has amazing chemistry with so many actors on that show, but these two are just so great together). I loved Delena (Damon and Elena)in its early days of TVD, but Julie Plec is slowly but surely killing my love for them, and the show. I've also thought long and hard about it and my OTP would have to be LoVe. This is because I would NEVER ship them with anyone else, for me, that's what makes a OTP. So I guess, Clace falls into that category for me too.
Ships (Someone asked me to list my Glee ships and why):
- Blainchel (Blaine and Rachel): I think they have great chemistry, and there's so much potential for storylines because of the gay factor, and Kurt, and the HummelBerry friendship. Their voices are great together too.
- Brochel (Brody and Rachel): Again, great chemistry. I think Brody is the perfect person for Rachel to be with post Finn.
- Finchel (Finn and Rachel): Deep down, I want them to be endgame, especially after I Do.
- Ryley (Ryder and Marley): I think they're super cute together. He's so kind to her, their attraction is innocent and pure. Plus, he's nice to her mom.
- Obviously I used to be quite focused on Glee, so I will leave the above 'Ship' details up. However, I'm quite disappointed with the way Glee has turned out, I kind of wish it had ended at the end of Season 3, but that's just my opinion.
TV shows I watch currently: The Vampire Diaries, Glee, Revenge, The Originals, Grey's Anatomy, Once Upon a Time, Nashville, Dancing with the Stars, Downton Abbey, Hart of Dixie, Bones, Arrow, The Flash, Reign and How To Get Away With Murder.
A few personal details:
Also, I feel I should just say a little something about me and writing. I use to HATE writing. I'm serious, I would take bathroom breaks during every creative writing class, I loathed it, like the Grinch loathed Christmas. I hated it all through high school too, although I did like it occasionally when I got really good marks in it. I only really started to write a lot when I decided to start a story on here, all so I could be a Beta reader (which I have given up on now, because I'm too focused on writing haha). Anyway, that's just a little bit about me.
My thoughts on reviews: For writers, if you can't deal with con crit, as well as adoring praise, you should get off this site. No writer is perfect, so you should welcome any tips on how to improve your writing. That's what I do when I get con crit, I'm just grateful for any reviews. So if you whine about the feedback I give you, I sure won't be reviewing anymore!
As readers, I think it's our duty to review. Authors work hard to write stories you'll like, so you should tell them what you think. It will take 2 minutes out of your day, at most, and it brings authors great happiness. So review :)
Disclaimer: I basically always forget to add a disclaimer to my stories, so I'll add a generic, broad one here. I own none of the material that my stories are based off. I'm so grateful that Rob Thomas, Ryan Murphey, Veronica Roth and Cassandra Clare have shared their creativity with the world, and that I can play with their characters on this site.
Current Works: The Roads Not Travelled - An AU story about the characters of Cassandra Clare's TMI. (Set in a Shadowhunter world where Valentine was not evil. I jokingly say it has an alternate title, 'What If Valentine Hadn't Been An Evil Son of a Bitch? (But Was Still Conveniently Dead))
Time To Let Me Go - a series of one shots, open ended and updated at random, when I'm inspired.
So really, any questions, or anything, feel free to PM me!
