It has been a good while since I came here, even more since I posted something - at least five years, if I'm not mistaken. What changed during these latest five years? First of all, I got older (but not so much wise), second, I got married (marriedish). What did not change? The pleasure of writing and having people read and comment my stories.

These last few years I focused more on my original work and put fanfiction aside. I published one novel so far, called 'Um Cappuccino Vermelho' ('A Red Cappuccino'; you can find it at http:///). So far it is only published in portuguese, but I'm working on an english version. It's a self published book, but not through a vanity mind you - I figured if I had to spend money, I'd do it all on my on terms. This last week I published a full draft of my upcoming novel, called 'A Imagem' ('The Image', https:///).

I'm also one of the creators of the first portuguese zombie TV show. We managed to shoot a pilot and are currently looking for networks to buy the show. The show is called 'Sangue Frio' ('Cold Blood') and it looks like your average zombie show, but it will be so much more.

These are some of the most significant projects that occupy me presently, but they're not the only ones. Aside from novels and TV proposals, I write the occasional short story, short script or feature script. The feeling of seeing your idea becoming real on paper is always good. But after a while, it wasn't enough. The truth is: I enjoy writing in english, and I enjoy writing fanfiction. And since I have a few stories to finish, I decided THIS TIME, I will finish them.

Yes, I did. And I'm sorry for it. But this time I really mean it.

So, here I am, promising to do a full revise on every story I posted here and finishing what needs to be finished. Starting it:

The Alphabet Series - I stopped posting at letter P; am currently finishing the letter X. Won't be long now.

Who Forgot to Pay the Rent? - two more chapters added, three more to go.

The Scrolls' Secrets - in need of a full reading to reacquaint myself with the story (it's been years since I looked at it

Post-IOTH quadrology - this will be the most complicated of all, but it'll get done.

(About THE PRETENDER: After spending the last month writing stories for 'Alphabet Series' and 'Who Forgot to Pay the Rent?', only yesterday, I discovered about The Pretender Creators Page on Facebook. Hell of a coincidence! I'm really anxious to see what Craig and Steve have in store for us.)
