Hello guys.

It's been a while, hasn't it? Yeah, a few years, perhaps.

This... is something I had been thinking about for a while - the past few months, actually- and after receiving a PM from a very kind reader, I finally decided to act upon it.

I'll be deleting this account over the next few days.

The main reason for this, as much as I hate to admit it, is because I no longer have the capacity to type fanfiction anymore.

Yes, it sounds like an excuse, and I won't blame any one of you if you think that way, but it's the truth.

I've had fanfiction ideas sitting in my Evernote for the past two years, ranging from interesting crossover concepts (mainly a bunch of Medaka Box crossovers with some series' that have characters voiced by Ogata Megumi and a Hetalia X SAO idea (not the typical 'let's play this VR game; ohno, we're stuck here!' story, and this is my favourite because I have an entire backstory prepared and everything)), multi-story series and a hell lot of one-shots. That, and I've also tried desperately to work on the ones on hiatus.

From the obvious lack of new content on this account, it should be quite clear that trying to write anything backfired terribly. I'm honestly surprised I even managed to push out the two Monogatari series' one-shots, if only out of genuine interest for the character called Oshino Ougi.

So... well. Enough rambling, I guess. Time to get back on track.

Thank you for your support over the past few years. I appreciate every hit, favourite, follow and review (even the flames, because they act as a reminder to update) I've received. I cannot thank you all enough for the support you've given me over the years since I started writing as a brat suffering from a serious case of chuunibyou (eighth-grade syndrome). And I am sincerely sorry, from the bottom of my heart, that I am no longer able to write for all of you anymore.

My dad often says life is like taking a train from the first stop to its last; people get on at various stations, but eventually they'll have to get off at their stop, and no one will ride with you all the way to your destination. That's just how it is with myself and fanfiction(dot)net; I've had fun while it lasted, shed tears of joy and anger, but it's my turn to leave this wonderful community.

If you bothered to read up to this point, thank you once again for your support. It's not much, but I'm willing to let you keep a copy of any of my works before I delete this account. I was honestly surprised with the popularity of 'As a friend' and 'Alternate dimension troubles', and I know some of you will be sad if you tried searching up my stories only to realise that they are no longer available, so do keep your own copies if you so wish to reread them at your own leisure. Allow me to kindly warn you, however, that I still ghost about the fanfiction sites and tumblr occasionally, so please do not repost my work under your own name. That, and a lot of people would have things to say about your (my) Singaporean-brand of english.

That said, I wish all of you a pleasant day ahead.
