Author has written 24 stories for Big Time Rush, and Man in the Iron Mask.
Hey there my name is Mary. I've been writing for as long as I can remember and it is the one thing that I am the most passionate about in the entire world. I can't imagine having a life where I'm not writing - it's just a part of me, you know?
I was an active - well, passively active I supposed - on fanfiction.net for about three years and writing for this website helped me develop my own personal writing style and I've learned so many different techniques from other authors on here. My biggest story on here was Standing in the Dark which marks the first full-length story I've ever finished - not including the zillions of one shots that I posted on here. I can't even begin to say how lucky I was to meet so many wonderful people on here and be able to share my work with people who were fans of the same thing as me and be able to become a better writer with every word.
I've in inactive for a while, I know, and I've always lamely promised to come back with more stories and I've never really been able to keep my promise. I'm officially stating now that I'm no longer writing for FanFiction.net and most of my work goes to a News/Literary Magazine at my school which takes up most of my time, but during the summer I try my best to work on things outside of school.
I'm very sorry that I won't be sharing my work here anymore, but I hope you all had a great time reading my work and I can not even begin to describe how much I appreciate all the feedback that I've gotten. Without you guys pushing me along, I probably wouldn't have ever finished SITD or had the guts to keep posting things.
Thank you so much for reading the silly things I posted here and I hope to see work from all of you in the future, whether it be on here or even in print one day.
Well, it's been so much fun writing and sharing my work on here, but now it's time to move on. Again, thank you all so so so much for reading, providing feedback, and helping me become a better writer overall. I can't tell you how much it means to me.
Also, if any of you want to talk to me at any time, you can message me here or on my tumblr or twitter. I get email notifications for every message I receive on here and I check my email several times daily so don't worry about me not responding. I'm always open to offer advice to writers, answer questions about my work, recommend authors - whether it be on here or published authors, or anything that you want to talk about.
