Updated: June 20th, 2020: It's been a while since I updated my profile, so I figured I'm overdue.

On a sad note: I've recently been laid off, so updating my Lord of the Rings story will become a second priority as I search for work. With the world's economies in a seriously bad state right now, and companies reluctant to open with the pandemic, this will likely take 2-3 times longer than it would in a healthy, thriving world. I will try and be optimistic, but being laid off can be very draining, emotionally and physically, so...yeah.

There might be days where inspiration will hit, and if/when it does, I will write and post as soon as I can.

December 21st, 2018: I've posted a new story based on the Lord of the Rings films and books. It's also before and after The Hobbit. There will be some romance, but not for a while, and most of it will be one-sided (not on my character's part, though). It should be a fun write.

Also: I have tried to start multiple original stories, but unfortunately, Real Life Situations have popped up that prevent me from getting very far. I did open an account on the counterpart of FanFiction, on their original stories website, but of course, I haven't posted anything, because I doubt I would be able to get much done and online.

So, long story short, I don't know if (or even when) I will ever post an original story. I'm not even sure about fan fiction anymore, since I feel I've sort of run my course in all things I love (Marvel, Pirates, Phantom, etc.). Maybe, some day, I'll post a fan fiction again, or maybe not. My readers are free to add me to the 'alerts,' but that's all I can say right now.

In my newest chapter in my post-Civil War story, I attached a note, concerning the future of this series. To be blunt, I'm not sure if I can keep up with the schedule that Marvel has, meaning I'm not sure if I'll continue writing through the Infinity War films that are coming out in 2018 and 2019 (respectively). I'll most likely wrap up my stories a lot sooner, possibly by the middle or late part of 2017. This is probably because my ending will differ widely from what Marvel has planned -and isn't that what fanfiction is all about: being different from the source material?

Anyway, I will post information here about that, as well as anything else I'm working on.

I've posted the first of my post-Civil War series of one-shots. I won't be updating these regularly (anywhere from 2-4 weeks between each chapter), so everyone will need to put me on their alert list, or just keep a sharp eye out.

-July, 2016: I've had to make a few changes to 'A Touch of Spring for a Winter Soldier." Parts of the original story had to do with Tony Stark knowing where Bucky was, and that wouldn't work with the Civil War story I'm working on now, so I had to change several things, and even rewrote almost the entire epilogue. Now, Tony knows nothing about where Bucky's been, and the plot should go more smoothly.

For those who are interested: my Pirates fic, Above the Waves, has now been completed. :-) Yay me! I might (repeat: might) write another Jack/OC fic in the future, but right now, I think I've run that river dry, and am coming up empty on ideas. If things change, I'll let everyone know here (or it'll just arrive in the form of a first chapter, who knows?). Keep your eyes peeled!

Fave Actresses: Cate Blanchett (in LotR and Elizabeth), Liv Tyler, Julia Roberts (my all-time fave!).

Ideas for Possible Future Phantom Stories: (I probably won't end up writing this fic, but it might happen in the distant future)

1) Totally AU and Erik/OC: In a distant kingdom, the felon known as Erik is a deformed man arrested for no better reason than his scared face. Taken before his king for his amusement, Erik is about to be sent to a place worse than hell when the King's favored little granddaughter, Astira, shows pity towards the poor man. The King is then forced to send Erik to a "better" prison cell out of love for his grandchild, but when Erik escapes into the hidden labyrinth beneath the Palace's foundations, he is determined to find the little girl who saved his life...and stole his heart.

-When Darkness Falls: Complete: Bruce and Amara are living contented lives as husband and wife, and soon have a sweet little girl. But what happens when The Joker wakes from his coma and decides to get what he thinks is "his?"

However, her quiet life is about to be turned upside down, starting when Bruce Wayne invites her to his fund-raising party. -Thorns of an English Rose: Complete: Heartbroken and angry, Erik Laurent decides to flee to England from France, intent on staying with his friend, Fitzwilliam Darcy and his new bride, Elizabeth. Unfortunately, Erik doesn't count on meeting Darcy's unwedded cousin, Annabelle Woodworth. A few unpleasant encounters arrise, but with a bit of interfering from both Darcys, an unexpected romance just might be in store for both of them. But like all things in life, you should always expect the unexpected, especially when it comes to family and fortune.

Will love follow for the captive and the captor, or will the de Changys ruin everything? Erik/OC

-Tale of Two Phantoms: Complete: Two Phantoms, one woman. One is Erik, cursed to live forever until he finds his destined soulmate. The other is a man even more twisted on the outside (and a bit on the inside) than the first Opera Ghost. Who will win the lady's heart?

-Daddy's Little Girl: Complete: Sequel to To Start Anew. One-shot.

-To Start Anew: Complete: Erik flees Paris to start a new life in the American South. Mushy, but I'm darn proud of it! Erik/OC

-This Heart Never Seemed So Alive: Complete: AU story that takes place during the Phantom of the Opera movie. It's told from the POV of Marie Daae, sister to Christine, and is an Erik/OC.

-Pirates of the Caribbean:

-Above the Waves: Complete: Jack is saved from drowning by a mermaid. What happens when she is cursed by her sister mermaids for her good deed, and washed up on shore as a mute human, with Jack as her savior?

-A Matchmaker and a Pirate: Complete: Jack and his crew are in the market for wives, so Jack "hires" a matchmaker to do the task for him. It's only a matter of time before romance is in the air for everyone, including Captain Jack Sparrow!

-"Story of a Sparrow's Vixen": Complete: It's been fifteen years since Jack's seen his friend, Charles Elliot, and his spunky five-year-old daughter, Joanna. Only, Joanna's not so little anymore. What happens when she needs a diversion from a broken heart, and Jack's more than happy to oblige, particularly with a voyage around the world? A visit to Africa, India, China, and other distant lands is just what Captain Jack has in mind, but what happens when he starts to fall for his friend's daughter?

-"Daughter of the Sea": Complete: Kaia is a mermaid who has grown tired of the cold and lonely stillness of the sea. When the time nears for her sea-sister, Calypso, to be released from her human form, Kaia is ordered by Poseidon himself to be sure that everything works out the way it's supposed to. After watching the entire battle between the pirates and the East India Trading Company, Kaia witnesses the painful seperation of Will and Elizabeth, her heart telling her that this was the moment she had been waiting for. -"Love and War:" Complete: the sequel to "Call of Freedom." Jack and Rose are engaged, but their happiness is endangered when someone from Jack's past turns up, demanding payment for a precious possession that Jack had stolen from him. What the man wants is Rose, but of course, Jack is never one to stand by and let his treasure be taken! Oh, and of course, there's a wedding, the Turners show up, and let's not forget romance!

-"The Call of Freedom," Complete: this is, of course, a Jack/OC romance story that just popped into my head out of nowhere. It started as a one-shot, but I got so many reviews asking for more that I couldn't say no to such a request. I should mention that it has nothing to do with the second movie, so it should be considered an AU, like all stories were before POTC 2 came out. Jack/OC.

-"Sirens of the Sea": Complete: Elizabeth has a cousin who comes for a visit. She's the image of a noblewoman, but when Jack falls for and kidnaps her, the Lady reveals her true colors, and her secrets! This story has the possibility of a sequel in the future. I'm not really sure about that, yet, so it'd probably be better for you to read the other Pirates story while you wait.

-To Heal a Pirate's Heart: Complete: (M for mature content): Jack's become the cold-hearted pirate that most men are. Can one woman melt that heart? Jack/OC

-Sea Witches: Complete: Sequel to Magic in the Caribbean: Jack and Angela's daughter is gifted in more ways than one. What happens when she is kidnapped from her pirate parents?

-Magic in the Caribbean: Complete: A pickpocket witch chooses to rob the wrong pirate! He takes her to work on the Pearl in return for payment, but gets more than what he bargains for! Jack/OC

-Caribbean Love: Complete: A woman hired to be a cook on the Pearl adds a certain something to Captain Jack Sparrow's life. Jack/OC

-Servant Girl Series: Completed: features in story order: Servant Girl, Love on the High Seas, Oceans of Revenge, and Waves of Fates: My first series, all of them my first works. These are my precious first-born fics, so if anything looks/reads/feels odd or funny, that's why. Still, I love them to death!

Charlie and the Chocolate Factory:

My only Wonka fic, A Chocolate Kind of Love is finished, as is"Frozen Chocolate Can Still Melt" that I wrote with a partner. Dark Chocolate Days is the sequel to the partnered story, so please go check the first part out before continuing on to the second. Secret Window

I'm fresh out of Secret Window story ideas, but one might pop up unexpectedly. For now, though, this chapter of my writing is over and done with, especially after "Disturbed Paradise" got deleted and I had to repost it...I'm still traumatized by that.

-Lonely Hearts: Complete: (M for mature content) Shooter is gone, leaving Mort alone with his own mind. However, he is lonely for female companionship. A book tour quickly changes that.

I have to say that I'm upset at the admins enforcing a law that says that authors aren't allowed to use songs in their fics because they "don't own" them. Well, we don't own the stories we're writing fanfiction to, so are they going to take down all of our fics as well? Talk about contradictory and hypocritical!
