Author has written 11 stories for Rocky Horror, Hercule Poirot series, Harry Potter, and Sherlock.
Hi you all,
There’s not much to say about me so this won’t take too long. Well, I do hope so.
Anyways, I’m Mz. Vendetta, but you can just call me Vendetta, it’ll be fine. I’m 20 (turning 21 in January!) and I live in Québec, Canada. That basically means that I can actually speak French so if by any chance you speak it too, don’t be shy to send me a PM in French, I would be glad to read it. (However, that doesn’t mean I’ll be mad at you if you write to me in English!)
I enjoy writing and reading a lot – as you can see – so I guess you won’t be surprised at all if I say that I’m studying Literature. One of my favorite novels ever, by the way, is The Picture of Dorian Gray by Oscar Wilde. I highly recommend it to anyone; it’s a really great masterpiece. I haven’t seen the movie yet (the one with Ben Barnes as Dorian) and I honestly don’t know if I want to because I’ve been told it’s very different from the novel, and I hate being disappointed by an adaptation. Oh, and I also love Agatha Christie’s books. And Brave New World by Aldous Huxley.
Music is also a big part in my life. I, unfortunately, don’t play any instruments because I have no patience (well, a bit but it’s not enough) but I listen to my iPod everyday. Music has become a drug to me. It cheers me up every morning and it really inspires me. I like every kind of music, to metal to classical, but I do have a preference for rock. These days, I’m really fond of Rage Against The Machine. They’re really good; it’s a bit like Linkin Park and System of a Down, so give it a try, it’ll be worth it.
I love series too, but not as much as music. I’ve grown very fond of Sherlock, Doctor Who, Once Upon a Time, Revenge, Bates Motel, Game of Thrones, Merlin and some I don’t remember for the moment. And what about my favorite ships? Well, I mainly ship Swan Queen (from OUAT) and Whoufflé (from DW). I ship’em hard!
The person I admire the most in the world is Tim Burton. Okay, I know that some of his recent movies are not that great and too “hollywoodish” (hello, Alice in Epicland) but his original work is really amazing and great. And by “original work”, well I mean Frankenweenie, Edward Scissorhands, his drawings and his poems, among other stuff. I also admire Lana Parrilla and Karen Gillan, just because they’re so funny, gorgeous and both good actresses. And Matt Smith, because he’s awesome in Doctor Who.
Oops, I said it wouldn’t take too long. I lied. Rule number one: Mz. Vendetta lies. #sorrynotsorry.
