Hey, I'm Robyn. Welcome to my profile!
I'm 19, female and I'm a huge Disney fan! I'm a massive romantic; love my fluff, love my grand romantic gestures, love my rom-coms, love reading and writing fluff... Anything romantic really... Anyhow, I was born in England, but moved to Western Australia with my parents when I was 8.
I've graduated from high school and am waiting to go to university, but I'm also an aspiring author. My main genre is romance, but I do dabble in other genres...
Important Notice for my Readers:
I've mentioned this in Author's Notes from time to time, but I felt the need to add this to my profile for my newer readers. My mother suffers from Parkinson's disease; this is a progressive illness that affects the body's ability to perform daily tasks and eventually leads to Parkinson's related dementia, which she has already developed. She has been medically assessed many times, and meets all the requirements to receive the total level of care available in Australia. Here's the catch; due to the way the welfare system works out here, we would have to contribute to the cost, but because my dad has a good job and makes a reasonable income, we would have to contribute hundreds more than we can afford. Its ridiculous and unfair, but it's the way it is. As we simply can't afford the help she refuses to admit she needs, I have to be at home 24/7 to give Mum the assistance she requires. Unfortunately, this takes its tole - both physically and emotionally - which in turn puts a substantial dent in the time I have to work on my beloved writing.
In short, it will likely take at least a few weeks - sometimes months - to update stories. I might not have much free time on my hands, but I refuse to sacrifice the level of passion I put into my work, so please try to be patient with me, and I promise I'll do my best to update as often as possible.
I've found many amazing authors on this site. But there is one person who's stories I would love for you to look at.
MrAndersIversen Both my first friend and one of my first followers on this site, Anders has been a great supporter in my writing for a long time, and has even helped me through some pretty hard times. He doesn't write that much anymore, but he is still really good (especially for someone who’s first language isn't English), and a pleasure to read... (:
Birthday: September 19th 1997
Eye Colour: Blue. I'm also terribly short-sighted, hence why I wear glasses...
Hair Colour: Brown (I'm like Rapunzel; born blonde but turned brunette as I got older, just without the healing powers ;) )
Language: My first - and only - language is English. But I do listen to Disney songs in other languages from time to time...
Occupation: Technically speaking, I'm unemployed. My mother requires round-the-clock care we can't afford, so I'm unable to work as I need to stay home to be her full-time carer.

Girls are like apples on trees. The best ones are at the top of the tree. The boys don't want to reach for the good ones because they are afraid of falling and getting hurt. Instead, they just get the rotten apples from the ground that aren't as good, but easy. So the apples at the top think something is wrong with them, when in reality, they're amazing. They just have to wait for the right boy to come along, the one who's brave enough to climb all the way to the top of the tree.
Frozen joke I found on Tumblr
