'A reader lives a thousand lives before he dies.'

I used to write a lot, but now I mostly write one-shots on Word, leave the document open for days without actually looking at it until I shut down my laptop and don't bother saving it. I'm in the middle of trying to access the documents I backed-up on my old laptop in hope I'll be able to update stories or write new ones before exams get too stressful and I don't log on for months, but it's taking a long time and I don't know if I'll have the stories soon enough. Hopefully the people who follow me and have interest in my stories don't all give up before I do.

I used to adore writing but these days I hardly have time to even read a drabble on the website, never mind pick up a book that isn't a textbook or write a hundred words on a pairing before I stress out that I'm procrastinating and run away into the dorm corridor and sit by my door weeping until one of my flatmates join me and the rest come out and we sit in a circle crying about the loss of freetime we still haven't gotten used to.

But exams don't last forever and hopefully I'll get my old passion back for reading and writing and I won't get messages asking if I'm alive anymore (guys, I'm alive, just exhausted and uninspired and have been for about two years, but thank you for caring). Thank you for people who haven't lost all hope and still review or favourite or follow my stories. I don't use the same email but sometime I log on just to look at how people still enjoy my work (looking back on my fics I have no idea why) and it makes me smile. I love you guys, and I'm sorry.
