I am a TOTAL and COMPLETE YAOI fan! There is just something heartbreakingly sweet about boyXboy couples that makes me love them so. If that bothers you, then please navigate away from my page. =)

Although this bio is yaoi-focused, keep in mind that this doesn't mean that I'm not interested in heterosexual pairings in different series/movies. I just tend to ship my favorite yaoi pairings a lot more actively than I ship any het pairing that I might like. Haha. And I'm TONS more picky about who's paired with whom.

Examples of favored het pairings: LeeSakura (Naruto), KibaHinata (Naruto), KenshinKaoru (Rurouni Kenshin), SyaoranSakura (Cardcaptor Sakura), TidusSelphie (Kingdom Hearts)...the list continues.

NOTE: For the most part, I like het pairings that are off to the side and don't interfere with my favored yaoi pairings. LOL.

One last thing about het pairings: from Naruto, SasukeANY GIRL...is a HUGE HUGE HUGE HUGE HUGE NO in my book! Unless, of course, it only starts out that way and/or it contributes to the plot AND it ends up being SasuNaru eventually. Yes - I am biased.

Random note about Naruto fanfiction: I absolutely love Naruto-verse fanfiction! It is my current obsession and a favored pastime of mine. =) I read almost every kind of Naruto (read between the lines: Naruto here meaning SasuNaru) fiction - be it an AU or a cannon or somewhere in between...but my two requirements are that the author needs to have a good command of the English language, and consequently, grammar, and that the story must be properly spaced. I really love well-written stories that are well-flushed out with good descriptions and characterization. I tend to avoid fics in which the characters are overly OOC (I have a tolerance threshold when it comes to OOC-ness), but I am open to everything really! As long as I see my boys (not that I own them or anything) interacting with each other. =) Oh yes - and I a terrible sucker for happy endings.

Favorite Types of Naruto Fics: Sasuke liking/realizing his feelings for Naruto before Naruto likes/realizes his feelings for Sasuke, other suitors vying for Naruto's attention (competition for Sasuke), fics that display Naruto's unwavering dedication to Sasuke, Sasuke being a closet sap/romantic, angst is good in SasuNaru fics (just don't go overboard), cannon and AU are both good!

I like fics in which Itachi is a sadistic weirdo older brother to Sasuke, but ones in which he's not necessarily evil. I adore Itachi with that sort of personality because he reminds me of my lovely older sister, who is the best in the world but acts a lot like fic!Itachi a lot. (I HATE ItaSasu the pairing. Just...NO.) =)

Random note about Kingdom Hearts fanfiction: You know...I got into the KH fandom before I knew ANYTHING about the games. Which is pretty weird for me, since I like understanding the characters and cannon before I delve into fandom material. However, there is something absolutely irresistible about Riku and Sora together...not to mention the absolutely wonderful Axel-Roxas pairing (and Leon-Cloud and Zexion-Demyx of course) as well. There is so much depth in these characters to explore, which makes the KH fandoms one of my most favorite. After getting to know more about the fandom and the games, I acquired and all of the KH games ever made (yes, seriously). Thank you to everyone who got me into this wonderful fandom!

Favorite Types of Kingdom Hearts Fics: Sora being resistant/a little clueless to Riku's feelings at first, Sora being innocent/a little socially awkward and Riku being popular and confident, shamelessly adoring Axel with a highly resistant Roxas, Axel being a Roxasphile, Roxas somehow falling for Axel despite his high resistance to the latter's advances, in-character Leon and Cloud, a spunky and gregarious Demyx with a withdrawn Zexion, fluffy with not TOO much angst, cannon and AU are both good!

Random note about Gundam Wing fanfiction: My ABSOLUTE FAVORITE yaoi fandom EVER and OVERALL is the Gundam Wing fandom...hands down! Especially HeeroxDuo (01x02) or DuoxHeero (02x01)! I think that the GW yaoi fandom has a plethora of INCREDIBLY talented authors and AMAZING stories! Almost everything I've read has been extraordinary in all facets of writing: creativity, language, plot...you name it! Props to all GW yaoi writers out there! You deserve it! (waves a 01x02 / 02x01 flag)

Favorite Types of Gundam Wing Fics: DuoHeero or HeeroDuo are both good, a gregarious and friendly Duo who tries to "open Heero up," a deep understanding between Heero and Duo, a mutual understanding of the war and of life and society, facing hardships together, discovering normalcy, Relena Finds Out (RFO) stories, a sweet Quatre and Trowa pairing, cannon and AU are both good!
