Author has written 11 stories for Inuyasha, Gakuen Heaven, Loveless, Beyblade, Naruto, Sonic the Hedgehog, and Monster High.
I am Sibilant Whisper, formerly known as LadyDusk-Raku. (I was known as Raku ozzarian princess before that, but please forgive me for that eyesore of a username).
I'm a professional illustrator with a BA degree and a minor in graphic design -- I'm currently the artist for PMS Comics.
I've been writing since childhood and once I discovered the fun in writing fanfics, I never stopped. I tend to use it as a means to continue enjoying fandoms I love so dearly, whether they are on-going, finished, or just incomplete -- they are some things I desire to see happen, and if I can't find a story that soothes a particular itch, I come up with one of my own. When it comes to reading fics, I'm not particularly picky-- I enjoy a good twist, accurate/interesting characterization, and fun ideas in a well written package. Some times you just have to make me laugh and I'm sold. I'm all over the place when it comes to fandoms (and pairings), so I won't bother listing them since my favorites list has enough proof.
Pay no mind to my old fics--I know they are riddled with errors and mistakes, but I prefer to leave them as is, since it reminds me of how much I've improved since then.
News & Updates:
Of Chaos and Stars: Yes, I know an update is long overdue - Just because I'm out of school now doesn't mean I'm not busy. I'm currently trying to kickstart some book projects and a webcomic series of my own, as well as work and form my own company. It takes a lot out of a person and on top of that I like my free time, but I promise you that I love Sonic and this current story far too much to let it sit unfinished. I will update soon.
Inertia: This will probably only show up once oCaS is at the half-way mark or is completed. A darker Sonic origin fic. For those of you who like a little angst with your favorite blue streak.
I'm sorry if you've reviewed any of my past one-shots and didn't get a reply--I was incredibly grateful for the love but it was probably during a distracting time like school, where I paid less attention to email alerts and avoided distractions like FF.net. I'll get back in the habit of responding once I'm updating regularly again.
