![]() Author has written 18 stories for X-Men: Evolution, and Chronicles of Narnia. NOTE: Guys, I think this is it for me as Lady Firewing. It's been a great time. I'm sorry there's things I left undone, but anything I completed here would be half-hearted and you guys deserve a lot more. I'll leave this up for you guys and if there are any stories that I didn't complete, just send a link to me so that I can read it (my email will still receive PMs). I'll still be lurking around, just not Lady Firewing. Happy writings. LF Read my original fiction/poems here. NOTE: I am extremely paranoid and some of my stories (especially the first 3) could possibly be K, but I keep them at K-plus just in case. There is no major issue of language in any of them, just some violence and character death along with a little bit of kissing, but nothing you wouldn't see your parents do on occasion. Very sensitive readers are warned. Disclaimer: If you see anything that looks like it was taken from a story of yours or I used a character of yours; it is entirely coincidental. I do not steal other people's things. I may ask if I can use an idea (character, instance directly from story, etc.), but you'll always know beforehand if I do. I will also give you credit. This whole profile is for people like me, meaning the people who like reading long profiles. I don't mind if you scroll down and skip this stuff. It's not like I'll ever know. I am a young adult female, still in school. I don't have plans to become a professional writer, though I do write stories and critiques in my spare time. As a curious mind, I like fanfiction, because I always wonder what would happen if I do X instead of Y? Also, in case you haven't noticed from my profile, I am extremely organized, bordering on obsessive control-freak. However, I have the brain of a rabbit, so don't expect too much order in my stories. That is a whole other pile of crackers. I used to study Taekwondo and some terminology may be confusing to you. If you don’t understand any fight scenes I describe, you can google them or message me for clarification. I try to describe them in simple terms, but occasionally I may slip up. Some of my favorite verses: "Jesus said to him, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." John 14:6 ESV "Truly, truly, I say to you, whoever hears my word and believes him who sent me has eternal life. He does not come into judgment, but has passed from death to life. John 5:24 ESV "For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God not a result of works, so that no one may boast." Ephesians 2: 8-9 ESV My Writing: As of now, my school schedule is absolutely draining. I will admit that I am in high school, but I am taking the workload of a freshman at a technical school. My school actually fulfills the obligation of "AP". I only have so much time to live, and a good percentage of it is school and schoolwork (add in SATs and I'm dead). What I'm trying to say: updates are going to be less frequent. Rebellion of a Mary Sue and The King and His Queen are currently being written, but probably one of my other stories will be posted before I get anywhere with those two. My CON work will probably be a mix of movie and book. Stories like Moments of Time will more likely be from the book. Lewis definitely did leave a lot for analyzing purposes, both plot and character. Ones like No! I Take It Back! will be from the movie. Most likely they will be a blend of both or impossible to tell which one, like Will You Not Believe? and Alphabet Drabbles. I am not one of those driven purists, nor a fangirl that will post all her fantasies. I know a bit better than that. We don't need more Twilight (or 50 Shades of Grey). The reason I ship – for the most part – the couples the authors chose is not because I'm not creative; it's because I found nothing wrong with the originals in the first place (except a few rarities). If your story is well written, I may still read it. I will mostly stick with the traditional pairings, though (there are some OC/cannon character pairings, and a few "non-canon" for AUs). I find that characters become very OOC when you put them in a pairing that isn't cannon. You can review if you want. I write because I simply love it. Feedback is wonderful and helps me improve, but I don’t require it to keep writing. Incomplete (sorry): Rebellion of a Mary Sue (Extended, humor, parody, Mary Sue bashing) Katie finds herself stranded in a Mary Sue story, in the uncomfortable position as the Mary Sue herself. Through the advice of a guide with attitude, she learns she has to finish the story to return to her normal, imperfect life. With sanity and proper English on her side, Katie must figure out a way to defeat the authoress and get back home, while trying to avoid a hoard of suitors, a jealous Susan, a worshipful Lucy, and a demon. Thankfully, she's got help. T, mainly as a precaution; some language. CON The King and His Queen (Anthology, humor, history, romance, family, friendship, etc) Caspian and Lilliandil's reign is often overlooked, so Bartelbus the Faun took documents and interviews with the ones closest to the royals. Now, he has created a book of the history of King Caspian X and Queen Lilliandil. T as a precaution. Cannon. CON: Post-VODT, Pre-SC |
