I joined Fanfiction.net as a writer in 2011. I tend to focus my writing on details outside of the main canon of the established stories, either focusing on crack pairings or an Alternate Universe (AU) plot which gives me greater freedom, all the while trying my best to keep everyone In-Character (IC) and the plot faithful to the story's original feel. As for myself, when I first started on this website I was a University freshman working part-time as a Busser (table cleaner) for a Chinese-American restaurant (one of my biggest inspirations for my story "Nouvelle" and the reason I fell in love with the "Shokugeki no Soma" story in the first place). During my time writing fiction, I ended up moving to Nebraska, where I currently reside, and after climbing up the ranks I am currently a General Manager at a franchise-owned restaurant. Speaking of "Nouvelle", feel free to listen to "Fools" by Lauren Aquilina (recommended by sssoueri), which we both feel represents that story well.

Original Character (OC) Bios (Main):

Dove Dillinger (18), also known as The God Slayer, is Azami Nakamura’s protégé and his replacement after he was forced to stay away from his actual daughter, Erina Nakiri. Very vocal, loud and risqué, the young woman is one of the world’s best chefs, and one of the four Noirs ever accepted and acknowledged by the World Gourmet Organization (WGO), in her case by none other than by its very own Bookmaster Mana Nakiri. Her mother, Milka Dillinger, alongside her little sister "Baby" Ruth Dillinger, believe her to be at some intern project overseas. She also finds herself in the most complex of relationship with fellow Neo-Noir Asahi Saiba, causing many to refer to her as the Queen of Noirs. Her name, much like her family, all come from different brands chocolate bars; while her last name is of course a reference to the famous bank robber John Dillinger.

Loren Frechette (15) is the other protégé of sorts of Azami Nakamura, although unlike his sort-of adoptive sister Dove Dillinger, he is believed to be more of a spy-in-the-making meant to help dismantle Tootsuki from within. Materialistic and seemingly uninterested in all things culinary, he is the polar (get it?) opposite of a standard Tootsuki alumnus, and seems to have a very peculiar relationship with fellow Polar Star Nao Sadatsuka. Like his older sis, his name is a nod to another famous figure from the 1930’s “War on Crime”, Evelyn Frechette.

"Baby" Ruth Dillinger (3) or (15) is Dove Dillinger's little sister. A little bundle of joy and curiosity, this little girl is the reason as to why The God Slayer became the dreaded enigma she is, and ended up becoming Erina Nakiri's biggest enemy and Azami Nakamura's greatest asset. She has quite an extended family, such as her favorite person Loren Frechette, or a certain King of Noirs, who has a very conflicting relationship with Dove. Her name, of course, also comes from a brand of chocolate. Merely a minor (literally) character in Classique or Something BLUE, she takes half the spotlight in Couverture.

Yukichiko Eizan (20) is Etsuya Eizan's aloof, yet still caring older sister; who is introduced in “Nouvelle” as a District Manager for the Luxury Cruiser Hiei; where she is forced to deal with the loose ends her brother failed to properly take care off (namely: Soma Yukihira). The always greedy and manipulative young woman is a frightening foe, but deep down, she is probably the only person her brother can trust and genuinely cares for. Her name is also taken from Fukuzawa Yukichi, just with the added feminine suffix “-ko” at the end.

Julius Bedlam (20) is one of the greatest young talents to emerge from the culinary world. A Noir Chef, and one of the only four to be acknowledged by the WGO, Julius is no stranger to the dark underbelly of the business world. His ties to the Eizan family go deep, as he has served under them for a few years now, and was even involved in a romantic relationship with the elder daughter Yukichiko Eizan at some point. His last name basically means “uproar”, which is a common occurrence wherever he deals in his business.

Ashitaro Sadatsuka (19) is the son of Toshio Sadatsuka and the now deceased Naoko Sadatsuka, and the abusive older brother of Tootsuki’s little witch Nao Sadatsuka. A very disturbed young man, whose cruelty is only matched by his raw cooking prowess; Ashitaro is currently one of the four Noir Chefs to ever be acknowledged by the WGO, and as such, one of Azami Nakamura’s top picks for his prized team. His name comes from Hasegawa Ashitarō from "Rurouni Kenshin", who he also resembles a lot physically.

Original Character (OC) Bios (Nouvelle):

Kotaru Sakamoto (18) is a young chef working at the Luxury Cruiser Hiei, who becomes involved in the clash between his father Kaito Sakamoto and the ship’s other Co-Owner Fukuzawa Eizan in a bid to overtake monetary control in what officially starts the second half of “Nouvelle”. Quiet and reserved, his talent is one of hard work and perseverance as opposed to pedigree, and during the clash, he becomes a close friend to the two (three?) students from Tootsuki Academy currently undergoing their Stagiaire, with rumors circulating about it sparking a romance between himself and the ever popular Urara Kawashima.

Ava Payton (16) is a former Tootsuki student who was expelled long before the events of “Nouvelle”, but she was notably one of the many students defeated by Subaru Mimasaka, and as a result, had her prized cooking knife taken from her. Soma later, by coincidence, managed to end up in her new job in the Luxury Cruiser Hiei, where he gladly returns the item to her. Always cheerful and bubbly, she is currently dating former Tootsuki-wannabe student Yoshiaki Nikaido, as he alongside his kid cousin, Kanon Nikaido, ended up accompanying her on the fated trip.

Fukuzawa Eizan (45) is the father of Yukichiko Eizan & Etsuya Eizan; a very no-nonsense business vulture who believes in profits above all else and who raised his son to be the way he is today. Since the “Shokugeki no Soma” canon already had a similar character in Azami Nakamura, I made a point in making this man as far removed from the culinary world as possible, and pretty much piggybacking off his son’s connections and talent. His name, much like his daughter’s, comes from Fukuzawa Yukichi, who’s profile appears in the 10,000 yen banknote (a reference to Etsuya’s own name in kanji carrying the meaning of “sum of money”).

Original Character (OC) Bios (Classique):

Alex Franco (18) was at the top of his class and one of the greatest new talents out of the mainland in Spain. A muscular young man who is a tattoo-fanatic, he is often boastful, but deep down respects a fair challenge above all else. He is in a long lasting relationship with his childhood-sweetheart Linda Montes. He is a member and the Team Leader of the challenger team from La Academia De Real Cocina, often mispronounced as La Academia Real Cocina.

Linda Montes (17) is a young new talent from Spain. Spunky and hotheaded, she is still an honorable opponent when it comes to the culinary arts, and has been together with her childhood-sweetheart Alex Franco for years now, who she met even before she had found her true self. She is a member of La Academia De Real Cocina.

Christina Jusino (18) is another chef from the Spain team. A very down to Earth, no-nonsense individual, Christina specializes in the use of homegrown veggies (especially tomatoes) for most of her dishes, even if she didn’t quite get a chance to show her skills off. She is a member of La Academia De Real Cocina.

Alberto Rodriguez (18), usually known by his nickname Beto, is yet another chef from Spain. This wanna-be badass tried hard to be the Team Leader, but couldn’t quite measure up to Alex Franco. But even so, he is quite skilled, but only when he stops talking trash and actually focuses on his craft. He is a member of La Academia De Real Cocina.

Hakeem Akintola (19) is the eldest of the four Akintola brothers, and the most talented by a wide margin. This young Nigerian carries his late grandmother’s legacy and strives to further the recognition his school is slowly achieving throughout the culinary world. He has become sort-of an item with the local Tootsuki beauty Ikumi Mito, much to the dismay of many. He is the Team Leader of the challenger team from Ada Akintola’s Culinary Academy.

Keelan Akintola (16) is the second eldest of the four brothers, and older twin brother of Dakarai Akintola. Hot-headed to an insane degree, his true talent is usually hammered by his own loud mouth and hasty attitude, gaining him the scorn of many. Despite this, he still cares for his family, and has the utmost respect for his elder brother, and for good reason. He is a member of the Ada Akintola’s Culinary Academy.

Dakarai Akintola (16) is the third in the line of brothers, and Keelan Akintola’s younger twin brother. Afraid of his own shadow, this cowardly fellow is still a highly skilled chef, who just happened to have the bad luck of being the only one of the competitors to be challenged by someone outside the Elite Ten and be successfully eliminated. Who eliminated him was, for the longest time, quite the enigma. He is a member of the Ada Akintola’s Culinary Academy.

Aisha Akintola (12), otherwise known as The Littlest Competitor to his utter dismay, is the youngest of the four brothers and the baby of the bunch. A twelve year old prodigy able to match even the likes of Soma Yukihira, this cheerful child becomes a beast during a match, using his knives in ways that would make Jason Voorhees blush. Usually seen wearing his school’s girls’ uniform just because, he has lately become the hot topic amongst the younger students due to his unique relationship with the equally adorable Kanon Nikaido. He is a member of the Ada Akintola’s Culinary Academy.

Lucrezia Russo (16), also referred to as the Prima Studentessa, which solidifies her status as the best student from her academy. A very prideful individual, Lucrezia is a very talented youth who’s skills helped her Academy get recognized by the WGO roughly a year before the events of “Nouvelle”. Despite her rocky friendship with Takumi Aldini, the Italian Princess seems to be outright smitten by his younger twin brother Isami Aldini. She is the Team Leader of the challenger team from Scuola Dotata di Arti Culinarie.

Alessandro Costa (16), also known as the Secondo Studente, is the second strongest chef from his academy. A very jokey fellow, he is the older brother of Aurora Costa, and like his sister, got his start at the academy before it had been acknowledged by the WGO, helping it in joining the big leagues. He is a member of Scuola Dotata di Arti Culinarie.

Aurora Costa (15), also known as the Terza Studentessa, is the third ranked chef from the academy. Younger sister of Alessandro Costa, she is the baby of their little group, and as such, is very cheerful and happy-go-lucky in her activities. She, like her brother, played a big role in helping her academy achieve global status. She is a member of Scuola Dotata di Arti Culinarie.

Valentino De Luca (16), also known as the Quarto Studente, is not just the fourth best chef of his academy, but also the grandson of the Headmaster. A very polite, if not somewhat snarky individual, he has nothing but pride in his team and their success, and was also very influential in their school’s current achievements. He is a member of Scuola Dotata di Arti Culinarie.

Macro Giordano (16), also known as the Quinto Studente, is the fifth ranked of his team. A very laidback and somewhat lazy individual, he is still a great chef in his own right, just one who had the worst luck of all the challengers when it came to his first (and sadly only) opponent. Still, a teen willing to sacrifice everything for his academy’s goals, he was also part of the effort to make his academy gain recognition, and is a member of Scuola Dotata di Arti Culinarie.

Gautier Pierre (18) is a very controversial figure amongst the culinary upstarts. On one hand, he is a very talented individual, whose tactical mind has earned him the admiration of many. On the other, he fancies himself the biggest womanizer on the planet, and tends to come across as creepy and offensive instead. While risqué and at times vulgar, Gautier nevertheless is a good friend who deeply cares for his allies, most notably his closest friend Camille Le Gall, and is the Team Leader of the challenger team from École des Plats Cuisinés.

Camille Le Gall (16) is a true professional when it comes to her craft, despite her biggest enemy being her own insecurities she fostered thanks to her ever strict and bigoted parents, who want to mold her into everything she isn’t. Thanks to her friendship with Gautier Pierre, and her own “rebellious phase” against those who tried to keep her down, she ended up as one of France’s best young chefs. She also has quite the crush on Russia’s own Ekaterina Antonova. She is a member of École des Plats Cuisinés.

Lumiere Dubois (17) is a no nonsense, old-fashioned artist turned chef. A young man solely interested in perfecting his craft, he pays little interest in anything that does not involve the culinary arts. Despite this, even he has been unable to truly disregard his current team and has grown to genuinely care for them, quirks and all. He is a member of École des Plats Cuisinés.

Joseph Estel (16) is a very calm individual, so much so that he’s often just seen staring at the clouds, daydreaming the day away. A talented chef in his own right, all Joseph wants is to open his own small little restaurant, where he could work just a few hours a day, and spent the rest of his time writing a play he wishes to someday seem made. He is a member of École des Plats Cuisinés.

Kitsch Sionis (17) is a very sarcastic and mean-spirited young man, but just as equally quite the gifted cook. A man who is incapable of uttering a full sentence without dripping them with venom, he is often linked to snakes, a motif he has adopted with pride. He is a member of École des Plats Cuisinés.

Ekaterina Antonova (17) is the Russian beauty who has a history of breaking hearts, and even more so, of leaving restaurants out of business with her skills alone. The pioneer of the “Five-Course Challenge” Ekaterina believes it’s time for a new queen to take the throne of the culinary world, as she finds Erina Nakiri to be lacking. Despite her brash and flirtatious personality, she seems to have a soft spot for Camille Le Gall. She is the Team Leader of the challenger team from Moscow International.

Aleksei Ozerov (20) is Ekaterina Antonova’s right hand man, and a very intimidating individual, despite his attempts to be friendly to many. Often having to resolve the messes his Team Leader and friend leaves in her wake, this Russian has gotten quite a reputation himself for being almost as ruthless as she is, a notion that he clearly did not wish for. He is the eldest of the Ozerov Family's current generation, as well as a member of Moscow International.

Luka Vetrov (16) is a very cheerful guy, who seems utterly incapable of taking anything personal. He seems to have quite the unrequited crush on Ekaterina Antonova, and because of this, seems blinded to the fact that his fellow teammate Sasha Yelchin seems to have one on him in turn. He is also the biggest fan of Dove Dillinger. He is a member of Moscow International.

Sasha Yelchin (16) is a very playful and flirty young lass, one who is very eager for a challenge and someone who greatly admires Ekaterina Antonova and all her accomplishments. She also has a hopeless crush on her teammate Luka Vetrov, but finds herself unable to just spit it out, all the while sharing his fanaticism for a certain God Slayer. She is a member of Moscow International.

Grigory Kholod (20) is the most imposing and intimidating man in the entire Intercontinental Shokugeki. A massive figure standing at almost seven feet, this gentle giant is quite skilled in the kitchen, but even more surprising would be to actually hear him engage anyone in conversation, as even some of his own teammates have never heard him even utter a syllable. He is a member of Moscow International.

Van Autumn (16) is a very brash upstart who comes from a very humble background, sent to a very prestigious and uptight academy in hopes of someday defeating his father, where-in he gains many friends and rivals alike and… wait? Why does this description sound so familiar? A shonen protagonist from another story, Van is the older twin brother of Bridgette Autumn, and seems to harbor the strongest crush on the ever-shy hostess Yua Sasaki. He is the Team Leader of the challenger team from Lestrade International Academy of Culinary Arts.

Bridgette Autumn (16) is the younger twin sister of the boastful Van Autumn, but unlike her brother, she is very quirky and strange, usually lost within her own little world of music and dances. Nevertheless kind, compassionate, and very vocal about her thoughts, she is known as the sweetheart of the team, yet seems to be hiding something just below the surface. She is a member of Lestrade International Academy of Culinary Arts.

Benjamin Bracken (18) is a love-struck fool who only has eyes for his beloved Emilia Bailey, and seems to think everyone wants to steal her away from him. A Romeo-wannabe, the young man is nevertheless a very talented chef, especially when in a cooking duet with his beloved. He is a member of Lestrade International Academy of Culinary Arts.

Emilia Bailey (17) is the girlfriend of the ever passionate Benjamin Bracken, and is quite the airhead at that. Believing herself to be in a Shojo manga of all things, Emilia lives her life without a care in the world, as long as she can just continue to cook alongside her dearly beloved. She is a member of Lestrade International Academy of Culinary Arts.

Victor Slingby (20) is a very stoic and serious chef, who took great pains to reach his current recognition due to many pushing him aside over his relationship with his boyfriend Timonthy Humphries. Respectful and always on-point, Victor is secretly a fanfiction aficionado, something that even his boyfriend learned of only recently. He is a member of Lestrade International Academy of Culinary Arts.

Timonthy Humpries (18) is outright the friendliest guy you’ll ever meet. Upbeat and geeky, the guy loves almost anything and hates outright nothing, a complete opposite of his significant other Victor Slingby. The two are quite the pair in the kitchen as well, where their combined cooking talent is often compared to the greatest of waltz. He is a member of Lestrade International Academy of Culinary Arts.

Raymond Rivera (15) is the classmate of Loren Frechette and his self-proclaimed "rival", despite the latter's utter lack of interest in all things related to Tootsuki Academy. He is loud and boastful, if not a little dimwitted, but is clearly one of his year's actual best students, alongside his something-or-the-other Berta Pedersen. He is also a member of the Shiomi Seminar, and as such, works rather well with that department's ace Akira Hayama. His name, funnily enough, is just based on two people I know, who I really hope never read this.

Toshio Sadatsuka (42) is the son and successor of Takeo Sadatsuka, the former Headmaster of the Sadatsuka’s Culinary Academy in the USA. He is also the father of Ashitaro Sadatsuka & Nao Sadatsuka, and ex-husband of the former Golden Era Fourth Seat Riko Ebisawa. A very cruel man, he has yet not been see much in “Classique”, but his actions have molded his son into a monster that even he’s not all that sure he can control anymore. Both he and his father are named after malevolent characters from the film “The Grudge”, as if they were not creepy enough as is.

Hiroto Arato (37) is Hisako Arato's father and the Nakiri Family's go-to Cardiologist. A strange man of many quirks, he is nevertheless a highly skilled individual, and the one currently treating and prescribing Erina Nakiri with her problems related to the God's Tongue. He has long since divorced his wife, Hisako's mother, yet the two remain great friends, something that greatly confuses the Tootsuki Heiress given her own experiences with her parents' disastrous divorce.

Milka Dillinger (44) is Dove Dillinger's mother, and effectively Ruth Dillinger's mother as well, at least at the time that the story is taking place. A very kind woman who got caught in her daughter's very dark dealings with the "Kamiyama House", she nevertheless tried everything to save her from the abuse and manipulations. She remains blissfully unaware of what her daughter has actually been doing under the tutelage of Azami Nakamura, believing her instead to simply be on an internship with the "Nakiri Family" as a whole. Her name, much like her daughter's, comes from a brand of chocolate.

Reiji Satou (23) is Baby Ruth's birth father, and Dove Dillinger's skeleton in the closet, almost to a literal sense. A very wicked young man, and someone who's circumstances are very unanswered at the moment, but thankfully he's no longer around. He was the young head of the wealthy "Kamiyama House", and is surprisingly not an OC, but rather a character pulled from, of all things, one of Shun Saeki's earlier NSFW works titled "Harem Time"... Don't google it.

Original Character (OC) Bios (BLUE):

Mickey Kirk Roberts Jr. (22) the second eldest son of the culinary tycoon Mickey T. Roberts, Junior here is nothing like his father. Cold, calculated, and, even worse, already the winner of the former BLUE (the youngest in history at that). With the mess that the WGO got into during the events of the Intercontinental Shokugeki, his accomplishments have been put into question, necessitating he take a more direct approach in silencing Tootsuki Academy... permanently. His name, and the names of the entire team he leads, are all based, on what else, but the Mickey Mouse Main Stars.

Minnie Roberts-Kelly (24) Mickey Jr.'s wife, and a very intimidating figure in the culinary industry. Much like her husband, she doesn't take too kindly to all the noise the Elite Ten have been causing these last two years, since this year's BLUE was supposed to be hers and hers alone.

Yugen Tojinbo (24) is the unknown new Leader of The Midnight Chefs, who in Asahi Saiba's absence, has reworked the business strategy significantly. Nothing is known about him, not his motives, not his past, nor who is this new group he seems to be leading. All that it is known he has been invited to the BLUE, and unlike most, it's not Soma Yukihira or Erina Nakiri who he seems to be targeting...

Arisu Kisaragi (23) is a new presence in the Noir underworld, but despite being a stunningly beautiful, cheerful, seductive and charmingly goofy individual; she seems to hold ties to a certain "House" that was long believed to have been rotting six feet under...

Original Character (OC) Bios (Couverture):

Blake Roberts (15) the only son of Mickey Roberts and Minnie Roberts, and someone who seems to know Ruth Dillinger since they were toddlers. He is both an actor and chef, and has been sought out to assist with the filming of the new production, something Ruth is very, very against. Stubborn, mean, haughty and pragmatic, he is everything Ruth hates of the Elites, and I have no idea where his name came from so don't ask.

Risa Morisaki (15) is the second "Food Consultant" brought into the series production, and much to Ruth Dillinger's annoyance, since she is the Ninth Seat, unlike her (Tenth Seat). A very quiet, calm and almost robotic young girl, not much is known about her or why she's this surprising powerhouse that halted Ruth's overtaking of Totsuki.

Kouko Shinomiya (11) is Kojirou Shinomiya and Hinako Inui's young daughter, and a Middle Schooler at Totsuki. Loud and hyperactive, she's just a little bundle of energy, much like her mom, but she will get stubborn like her dad to get what she wants. She is very close to Ruth Dillinger, and is thrilled when Soma Yukihira and Erina Nakiri have seemingly picked a stray. Her name, of course, comes from her parents (both literally and figuratively).

"Kibbles" (10) & Bits the puppy (4 months) is the stray mentioned above. A young boy and his little puppy he calls his brother that Soma Yukihira and Erina Nakiri have been giving shelter to. His real name, or what it was that made them take him in, remain a mystery, and only time will tell what is going on there. Their "names" come from a brand of dog food.

Original Character (OC) Bios (Gaiden):

T.V. (15) is an enigma. A hacker by trade, it seems, who is to be targeting both Shigeo Eizan and Kimiko Yukihira for reasons, and appears to single out Akiko Kato as the key to accomplish his plans. The what, why, or how of it all still remains a mystery, so keep guessing Lea, you almost have it!
