Author has written 15 stories for Star Wars, Inuyasha, Harry Potter, Loveless, Hikaru no Go, Yu-Gi-Oh, Kyo kara Maoh!/今日からマ王！, and Doctor Who.
I run my own home business, and if you like what I write you can check out my store. (us . shopnstop . com / VDRAGON) The home business gives me more time to write, and I'd rather be writing.
I'm posting my new things over at AO3 these days. Easier to respond to comments and interact with people. I haven't forgotten these old stories, but I'm not the same person I was when I started writing most of them.
I don't delete old stuff. I think it's rather silly to do so, but do take a look at the dates attached to the story. There is over decade of stuff here, and my writing style has changed!
A Rival Story: This mess has spilled out of my pen, and this is as far as I think it will go. It's the first thing wrote after a long stint of writer's block clamped down on my creativity. I went back and edited it. Most of the changes are in the early chapters. I haven't felt motivated to write more. There isn’t a lot of HnG fan-fiction, and almost none of the alternate ending type stories, which surprises me. Fan-fiction happens when readers/watchers with creative ability are upset or do not agree with decisions made by the original author enough to be moved to write it a new way. Most of what I’m finding is post-series, not unexpected because it is open-ended, but where are the stories that start on May 5th? The ones that start at the end of the Sai-Meijin game? Where are the people who were so outraged at the torture Hikaru went through? I saw your comments all over the sites that host English-subtitled episodes and message boards, so I know you are out there! LiveJournal Group for Hikago fanfiction come have a peek and share your links to good fanfic. I’m hoping to write one myself soon, but A Rival Story took off before my ideas for an alternate ending did.
