A little about me as an author:
I'll be writing about Harry Potter and maybe Buffy. I will not be one of those authors who'll hold their story or new chapters hostage for reviews, or post a bloody irritating author note instead of a chapter. Hopefully you'll like my writing style. Some of it is dialogue heavy and some of it is narrative heavy. Maybe I might just find the right blend as I go, and, hopefully improve as a writer.
When it comes to writing stories for Harry Potter, I'll focus more on the relationship between Ron and Hermione. They are far more interesting than Harry and Ginny, and are the main couple of the entire series. I actually had a reviewer stating that they could not and would not read a story where Ron and Hermione would be depicted as the main couple, so by that reckoning they won't read the books anymore either. Let me state that Ron and Hermione are the main couple for the entire series as they are TWO of the THREE major characters in said books. In the books, Ginny is only a minor character, and is depicted in the films as almost insignificant. I'm also NOT going to write Dramione, Snamione, or any work that features Ron or Hermione with other people. Other couples will be fair game with only a few exceptions, such as Arthur and Molly Weasley, and James and Lily Potter.
Furthermore, when it comes to my Harry Potter stories, they will feature a competent, cool and intelligent Ron Weasley, if this is not to your liking, then I suggest that you fuck off and hit the back button now because I am not the author for you.
For Buffy: The Vampire Slayer, I'll be writing either Buffy/Xander or Faith/Xander stories, and I would, at some point, like to write a Buffy/Xander/Faith/Cordelia story, but I don't know if I could post it on this site for fear of being removed for being far too smutty. I will NOT be writing any Spuffy or Bangel or Biley as I hate all three in equal measure.
For NCIS, any stories I write will be completely and utterly devoid of any Zony, as I do not like Ziva paired with Tony. I would like to write a decent M-rated multi-chapter story or two focusing on Tony/Kate.
As of 1/11/2015, I have written 20 stories, 5 in progress and 15 complete! Not bad for a bloke who would get Writer's Block while writing a text message, so yay me!
TO ANYONE WHO READS MY STORIES, PLEASE FEEL FREE TO KEEP REVIEWING (POSITIVELY) EVEN IF I ALREADY HAVE 52 REVIEWS FOR A STORY, THANK YOU.
Here's a brief list of what I like:
James Bond, and the three R's are the major things about which I really care. Minor things include Harry Potter, Burn Notice, NCIS, Buffy: The Vampire Slayer, and other sports. The three R's are Raiders Football, Reading, and Wrestling.
I spent many hours of my childhood watching the films, and spent most of my adulthood doing the same. I practically raised myself on James Bond. The incredible amount of useless knowledge I have collected, particularly during my youth, comes from Bond. So many people on here say they owe their childhood to Harry Potter, but me? I owe it to Bond. There were many occasions where I chose to watch a Bond film instead of doing homework, and yes, I got in trouble for it! However, I really didn't give a shit.

3, Elliot Carver: "Put those fires out! Get down there and protect the missile! Oh and, Mr Stamper, will you please kill those bastards?!" (All three from Tomorrow Never Dies)
Elektra King: "I would have given you the world."
Bond: "The world is not enough."
Elektra King: "Foolish sentiment."
Bond: "Family motto." (The World is Not Enough)
Bond: "I've got a little itch ... down there ... would you mind?"
Bond: "Ah, no, no, to the right, to the right ...! Yes, yes, (laughs) now the whole world's gonna know you died scratching my balls!" (Casino Royale)
M: "I've fucked this up, haven't I?" (Skyfall) The first F-bomb in fifty years of James Bond!
As much as I love Bond, I am not sure I will ever write anything for it. Never say never, though!
Here's a list of my (Fan Fiction) Irritations:
1, Authors who post pointless author notes instead of a chapter! Nothing makes me more angry than seeing the words "Author Note" or "Important Author Note" or "Not A Chapter"! I feel robbed and cheated into clicking on the arrows when it appears there has been an update only to see any of the three listed "titles". If you cannot update because real life is being a pain in the arse, so be it. I can accept that people only have a certain window to write, edit and update their stories. Please put all notices in your profile instead, thank you.
2, Authors who hold their story/chapters hostage for reviews! It's just plain wrong! Reviews are great, but you should never force people to give them. Nothing will make me stop reading a work in progress story faster than when an Author does this. Do paid Authors hold their new books hostage for reviews? No, then nobody on this site or any other should hold anything hostage for reviews either!
3, Americanisms in British-set genres. For example, using the word Mom instead of Mum, when writing a Harry Potter story. Semester instead of term, etc. Please, American writers, do try to use the British words. Or doing it the other way around. British terms in American-set genres. Using boot instead of trunk, etc. Whenever I write a Harry Potter story, I will always use the British terms, and when I write Buffy: the Vampire Slayer, I will always try to use the American terms for things. If I get the American terms wrong, please feel free to correct me, I am not American, after all.
4, Reviewers who flame or criticize, constructively or not, who have not submitted any stories themselves. I appreciate all reviews that come my way, but before offering me constructive criticism, remember to check your own offerings, and reviews for them, first. Please make sure you read the story/chapter thoroughly before reviewing. I would also like to add those who try to tell me I'm using the wrong speech marks. This " is a quotation mark, not a speech mark, thank you. More importantly, if you can't say something nice, don't say anything at all.
5, Stories for Harry Potter that contain Muggle Devices that either don't work at Hogwarts, or weren't invented at the time of when the story is supposed to be set. Example: IPhones being used at Hogwarts during the Marauder Era (1971-1978). Laptops at Hogwarts is another common one. According to Hogwarts, A History, Muggle devices go haywire at Hogwarts, people! This includes mobile phones too! Where at Hogwarts can you plug in an adapter cable for a laptop or a phone charger?
6, Stories for Harry Potter that contain Ron and/or Hermione bashing. If you are a basher of Ron and/or Hermione, you are not a true fan of the series! If you don't like Ron and/or Hermione, you should stop reading the books, watching the films and writing fan fiction for Harry Potter immediately. Sell your books and DVDs, give them away, whatever. If you don't like certain characters, don't fucking write about them! Jo wrote her characters with flaws to make them more appealing and interesting, so there! Is anybody perfect? Fuck no!
7, Dramione, Bangel, and Spuffy stories. Especially when they are misplaced into other fields. I hate these three ships so I don't want to read them in a story where the author has labelled Ron and Hermione as the primary and secondary characters, and with Xander and Buffy named as the primary and secondary characters. Or with them starting R/Hr but changing to D/Hr, and B/X changing to B/A or B/S. The other way around though, no problem! D/Hr to R/Hr, and B/A and B/S to B/X, thumbs most definitely up! Oh, and don't get me started on Harmony stories!
8, Reading the Books stories that do not have Canon Pairings at the end. I love Reading the Books stories, even though they are not allowed on this site, but to have whole new 'ships pop up out of nowhere that are not canon, just seems ridiculous to me. I read one where Hermione is being paired with Charlie Weasley and making Ron look a total heel, and couldn't help thinking "Why?" Although, it did give me an idea for a story ... that I don't have the time or the energy to write at the moment.
9, Super-powerful Harry and Ginny in Harry Potter. Now, Harry, I can understand, but Ginny? Not so much. I really don't like it when she's made out to be something she isn't. A lot of authors make her into some kind of flawless goddess when she really isn't. She's not this super-dynamic character who is utterly perfect. I really hate stories that see her get moved up a year to be with Harry simply because she is not more intelligent than Hermione. Add in the fact I don't really ship her with Harry any more ... Plus I found her irritating in the books, and creepy in the films.
10, Any story that features Male Pregnancy or MPreg in humans. This is just the most ridiculous concept in the history of fiction and fan fiction, ever. Frankly, all these stories tell me is that their authors require a refresher course on the birds and the bees!
